Geniet van dit prachtige moderne huis van ruim 400 m² in de buurt van Piestewa Peak Mountain, voorheen bekend als Squaw Peak. Een back-up van de berg bewaart zo veel wandelpaden. Bekijk de prachtige zonsondergang met uitzicht op de stad terwijl u ontspant in de jacuzzi op de verhoogde patio aan de voorzijde.
Dit huis is het ultieme bedrijfs- of familie- / vriendenverblijf. Geen wilde feesten buiten, want ik wil mijn buren respecteren. Het huis is erg goed gebouwd, dus ik moedig luide muziek en stemmen aan.
Gunstig gelegen nabij de 51 snelweg en slechts 15 minuten naar het centrum van entertainment.
Het huis is volledig uitgerust met alle benodigdheden zoals nieuw meubilair, tapijt, beddengoed, handdoeken, toiletartikelen, voorzieningen, servies, wi-fi, kabel, ESPN en nog veel meer. Fabulous house!

Plenty of room for a group of 16, there was a need to keep the noise level down because of the canyon and close neighbors. Would not be appropriate for loud groups, but very enjoyable for our family of mostly adults.

Phoenix guys trip

Had a great stay. The house is inviting, well located and very peaceful. I think the views from the back porch are underrated! We enjoyed relaxing and hiking from this home to the surrounding areas. Carla is very responsive and helpful. Highly recommend.

Annual Guys Trip

The house was great for a large group of friends to spend some time together. We really enjoyed the outdoor space and pool area especially during a hot summer. Downstairs served as a great man cave to hang out watching sports with plenty of bar style games to entertain. The property is at the base of a moderately difficult hike which we took to the summit. The view was incredible overlooking all of Phoenix. All around a great stay and highly recommended.

We booked the house for a funeral/family reunion and had nothing short of a marvelous time. Everything was as described, and Carla was the perfect host. Fantastic House

We were in Phoenix for 9 days and needed a house that could hold 15 of us. The house was everything we could gave wanted and more. Plenty of outdoor space to spread out and not be on top of each other and the basement recreation room was just the thing when the temperature hit 115 degrees or the kids wanted to hang out after 10pm. Carla was very responsive to the one issue, it was fixed with the hour. Also great hiking trails behind the house if you like great views of the city. Overall we had a great stay and I would absolutely recommend this to anyone with a big group. Thanks Carla for a great stay.

Perfect for our family reunion

Fifteen family members gathered for a cousins reunion. The house is beautiful with great views from all balconies and rooms. We hiked everday directly from the backyard. The kitchen was stocked with coffee and other essentials. We enjoyed the game room too. We will come back.

Family Get Together in Phoenix

We had a family get together of between 13-15 adults (a family of 4 siblings with their spouses and adult children with their spouses/significant others). The house served us very well! It was very clean and in good condition. We had no problems with any of the amenities, plumbing, etc. The kitchen had everything you might need, the grill was in working order, and the property is nicely landscaped. The basement had numerous activities like ping pong, shuffleboard, and table games. The pool was very small and not heated. The basketball hoop in the garage was a pop-a-shot type game, not a basketball hoop as one might envision. There are numerous large televisions with streaming service available. The location was good overall with easy access to major roads and easy distance to Sky Harbor (15 min), Scottsdale (about 20-25 min), activities north of Phoenix, and hiking (literally out the back of the home and numerous trails within 15 minutes). The immediate neighborhood was nice but it got less nice very quickly. The check in process was seamless and the host was very pleasant, easy to contact, and replied promptly. If I recall correctly, the home truly has 6 bedrooms, one of which was very small. Then there was a room off the main living area on the main floor with a pullout that we used for a sleeping space. Lastly, there were two spaces in the basement that were separated by curtains that have beds for sleeping. So, to be accurate, I would call this a 6 BR home with 3 additional areas for sleeping. This setup served us well. There were two things that I found a bit unconventional. The first is that there was a fifth wheel type structure on the property directly adjacent to the kitchen wall. Someone was there most, if not all, of the time. We had no problems with this or direct interactions with the occupant. The second was the host's obvious concern about noise level. There are references to this on the VRBO listing, numerous reminders posted around the home, and there were direct messages sent to me by the host. It was addressed so many times I began to be concerned about possible fines for making too much noise. In the end, this was not an issue and I feel we interacted in a normal fashion and were not in any way hindered by the noice restraint. Overall, this is an excellent property and I would highly recommend it. We were blessed to be able to stay here and make lifetime memories with family.

Large, Fantastic Home and Central Location!!

Our family, great grandmother, children and grandchildren stayed 5 days at Carla's Mountain Oasis for the Christmas Holiday. The house was perfect for our family of 17. The home is centrally located and easy to access everything in Phoenix!! 15 minutes to the Biltmore! 20 minutes to the Scottsdale area! 15 minutes to downtown Phoenix. The house is beautifully furnished and very clean. The house had views of the Valley from three sides and a view of the mountain in back. Carla, the landlord, has thought out every detail of the home and we never lacked for anything. We will definitely stay again in the future!! Wonderful home! Glass Family

Surprised our dad for his 80th bday!

My parents live in Scottsdale so we decided to surprise him and bring all the kids/grandkids to Arizona. We wanted something that would accommodate a large family and have game space. THIS HOUSE WAS PERFECT! We enjoyed ourself and everyone is still taking about the beautiful home with the Mountain View’s. We will definitely rebook in the future.
