Goed ingerichte woning in een geweldige buurt. Dit huis is perfect voor een golfvakantie, overwinteren, bekijk je favoriete team in de lente training actie of geniet gewoon van ons fantastische weer. Hoewel het huis dichtbij vele attracties, luchthavens en snelwegen ligt, biedt het een rustige omgeving om te genieten van het zonnige weer. Home heeft 3 comfortabele slaapkamers, 2 badkamers, vernieuwde keuken met gloednieuwe kasten, aanrechtblad en apparatuur, ruime woonkamer, overdekt terras uitgerust met een gasgrill voor al uw grillbehoeften, privégarage met extra parkeergelegenheid op de oprit, een afgesloten achtertuin en betegelde vloeren voor eenvoudige schoonmaak. Ons huis is gunstig gelegen op 30 mijl afstand van het vliegveld van Phoenix / Mesa Gateway en de luchthaven van Phoenix International. Het biedt ook gemakkelijke toegang tot snelwegen in de omgeving. Ons huis bevat ook een tv / dvd-speler met een flatscreen-tv, high-speed internet met WiFi-toegang, wasmachine / droger, een kingsize bed in de slaapkamer, een queensize bed in de 2e slaapkamer, een tweepersoonsbed in de 3e slaapkamer, en voldoende kastruimte voor een comfortabel verblijf. Brochures van nabijgelegen plaatsen om te bezoeken worden bewaard in het huis voor het gemak van onze gasten. De HOA biedt een omheind gemeenschappelijk zwembad dat zich 2-3 blokken (2-3 minuten loopafstand) van ons huis bevindt. (alleen beschikbaar via april-oktober). Hoewel niet verwarmd, het zwembad biedt een rustige plek om te loungen, lezen en genieten van het mooie weer Arizona.

Perfect Place

We stayed here as we were in town for a friend's Celebration of Life. The owners were very responsive prior to booking as well as when we had a question while we were there. The house is very clean and smelled amazing. Everything worked as it should. There were 3 bedrooms. We only used 2 of them. The master bedroom is larger and has its own bathroom. The other bathroom is between the other 2 bedrooms. Living room is spacious and the kitchen is well equipped. Just to note the refrigerator is smaller so it probably won't hold as much as your refrigerator at home, however it worked fine for us for 4 days. My only suggestion would be more ice trays to make ice. The location is great. While in a quiet neighborhood it is near plenty of gas stations, restaurants, and Wal Mart. The pool is very close to this house although we did not end up using it due to other commitments. House is about 20 minutes or so from PHX airport. It was 98 and 99 degrees while we were there. A/C worked well :)

Great girls weekend

Our stay was fantastic. The house was well spaced out, giving the 3 of us plenty of privacy. The house was meticulously clean. We felt very safe in the neighborhood. The house was close to everything. I would definitely stay here again if we find ourselves back in Mesa.

Outdated dirty property

I stayed at this outdated, musty filthy place. With terrible customer service. I reached out to the person of contact by text message with my concerns. The information sheet was provided to me by email and text message by the host. I sent a text message the person of contact on Thurday 14th, 2024. Which was my date of entry to this property. No reply! I then sent a message to the owner. He replied with this statement. "The cleaning team said everything is clean." I sent him the pictures I took. Then he accused me of taking the keys to this property. Sending me a threatening text talking about he had to get a locksmith to open the door. I'm so glad I took a picture and a video of me placing the keys in the lockbox upon my departure. However, if you look at the instructions sheet provided. It states nothing about placing the keys back in the lockbox. All the beds feel like concrete ona bed frame. Two of the beds are full size. One kings that also felt like a slab of concrete. No proper lighting in the smaller two bedrooms. No ceiling fans or lights in those small rooms. Only small kid like table lamps. The refrigerator is for a college kid. If you notice it not in the pictures posted. A property in this condition should not be on the any website I've also contacted Vrbo.

Very comfortable and great location

Lovely townhome. Lacking a little in basic supplies. I think most of what was there was left by previous renters. Bed was absolute Heaven! Very comfortable throughout with nice furniture. A/C and wifi worked great! I wish they accepted pets, cuz we usually travel with our dog and we would love to stay here again.

Convenient location and very spacious!

We chose this location because of how close it is to the Mesa convention center where we were attending/working an event. The house had plenty of room and felt very cozy. Bonus points for the size of the bathtubs and great water pressure. .

I don't have alot of experience with vacation rentals but I do gotta say that this house was perfect for our group. Everything worked, the beds were pretty comfortable, and the pool is just a short walk. My group stayed here twice in 2 months and if we go back to Mesa, we'll probably stay again. The owner was very communicative and easy to work with.

Lovely home

We loved our 4 day stay. It was perfect for our family of 4 (three separate bedrooms) was stocked with everything we needed (in the kitchen), and was a charming home. Great neighborhood, kids loved the community pool, the price was right, and we would book again, without hesitation.
