(For pool heat - we charge $75/day with a 2-day minimum during the cool season (October-April), and less during summer months or stays of 5 nights or more.)

✴ There is plenty to do while practicing social distancing. Within 1 block, we have the Scottsdale Greenbelt for running, walking and biking!

The house offers two master suites including a luxurious Primary Bedroom + En Suite with huge walk-in closet, dual shower-head shower, spa-like bathtub, double vanities and 2 additional bathrooms for getting ready for a night on the town!

This is your ideal haven for Family Reunions, Bachelor/Bachelorette Gatherings (no parties- just your group please!), Golf Trips, Spring Training, Couples’ Getaways, and anyone wanting to spend some time in the heart of Old Town Scottsdale and experience all that this amazing city offers.

Convenient access to the 101 freeway, which will take you anywhere you need to go! UBER or Lyft are readily available, as are golf carts and electric scooters.

Walk a few blocks to grab your morning coffee at the nearby Starbucks. Or if you have a donut fix, the Local Donut Shop is less than a half-mile away!

This is a SMOKE-FREE & PET-FREE home. In the event that you will be traveling with a service animal, please ask the host to send over the Courteous Conduct and Cleanliness Agreement for your review and agreement prior to your stay.

With a great deal of love and TLC, we carefully selected our favorite deluxe bath products, specialty coffee, fluffy spa-like towels, linens, etc. that are typically found in your favorite hotels. Enjoy the comforts of being in a luxury home with the perks of a fancy hotel!

Guest access
You'll have access to the entire house and the backyard, with the exception of locked cabinets where owner supplies are stored.

Other things to note:

There is a Ring Video device on the exterior of the front door, and one above the garage, which records 30 seconds of video facing the front yard and street, upon detection of motion. There is another camera for the backyard. The cameras are not constantly recording.

There is also a Minut Point noise decibel monitor in the back patio, which does not record sound/audio, but tracks how loud the general environment is.
