The Neighborhood:

Quiet and safe neighborhood on the Tempe/Scottsdale border right off of Mill Ave. This excellent location is surrounded by restaurants, stores, and shops for your convenience. You'll enjoy easy access to the freeway, providing quick reach to both the east and west valley.

Having a vehicle is the best way to get around. Centrally located on Tempe/Scottsdale border, with restaurants nearby that can be walked to if desired. Only a short 5-minute drive to ASU/Mill Avenue restaurants, shops, and nightlife.



Other Things to Note:

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.



The pool gets serviced weekly on Wednesdays. Please note that, after it rains or wind blows there may be some debris that washes into the pool, which may cause it to appear discolored. A net and brush are on site for use by guests. Monsoon season with heavy wind and rains is June through September.



The pool is not heated, but if you haven't been to Arizona, the pool stays about 70 degrees in the winter and around 90 degrees during the summer.



BBQ Grill is a propane gas, one tank of gas is provided, any other refills will be charged to the guest.



This property has special local compliance requirements which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a security hold of $2500 (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction). As an optional alternative to the security hold, you may opt in to purchase a non-refundable damage waiver provided by a third-party insurance company. The optional damage waiver is $59 for stays up to 10 nights, with an additional $2 per day for stays longer than 10 nights. Damage waiver purchases are optional.



To make this process easy for you, we use a secure and very simple, app-free platform called Happy Guest. It is not an app, and you do not have to sign up for an account - it’s a safe and secure website. It also gives you a guest portal with all the info about the home and all of my favorite local spots.
