The fully fenced backyard includes a fire table, grill, and comfortable seating for relaxed indoor-outdoor living under the Arizona sun.

Evenings by the fire table with the putting green lit up at night are our favorite part of this home.

Inside, two spacious living areas and a fully stocked kitchen make this home ideal for families, golf groups, executive stays, and extended visits. Sleeps 11 comfortably across four bedrooms:

Bedroom 1 – King suite with ensuite bathroom and sleeper chair
Bedroom 2 – Queen bed
Bedroom 3 – King bed (converts to two Twin XLs upon request)
Bedroom 4 – Twin XL over Queen bunk
Living Room – Queen sleeper sofa

Just steps from a 32-acre neighborhood park with walking paths, in a quiet residential area near a police substation, with a short drive to Kierland Commons, Scottsdale Quarter, top golf courses, Old Town Scottsdale's dining and nightlife, and Mayo Clinic.

Pool heat is available upon request for $75 per day and applies to the full length of your stay.

We are a hands-on, single-property host family. We live nearby and are happy to help with questions before booking and remain reachable throughout your reservation.

Each bedroom is equipped with a white noise machine so guests can personalize their sleep environment. The home sits on a nearby through street; traffic is generally light and quiet at night, though occasional road noise may be heard.
