Newly Remodeled Resort-Style 3 Bed 2 Bath Phoenix Condo

Relax with the whole family and friends at our beautiful, peaceful newly remodeled condo.

Located in Northern Phoenix 20 minutes from the airport, surrounded by mountains, pools, and hot tubs. You'll love be encapsulated by nature and beauty in the Pointe Tapatio condo complex. 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms comfortably sleep 6 people (and a pull out couch for 2 more) with plenty of space to separate and gather whether inside the living room or on the two private patios.

Our condo is 1367 Sq feet with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms featuring an 2 outdoor patios, one off the living room and one off the master.

Our home is able to accommodate 6-8 guests.

*Master Bedroom 1 + Bath : A very large bedroom with private sitting area, there's a queen sized bed. There is a TV in this bedroom. Attached to this room is a large bathroom with a shower, closet with outdoor accessories, dual sink area, and toilet.

*Bedroom 2 - The second bedroom has 2 twin beds that can be pushed together for a king. This bedroom also has a desk to get some work done and a SMART TV with Cable and a walk-in closet and is across the hall from the guest bath.

Bedroom 3 - The 3rd bedroom has a queen bed, desk and walk-in closet and is next to the guest bath.

Bedrooms are complete with linens, comfy pillows and ceiling fans.


*Living Room :

Cozy up by the fireplace or kick back on the sofa while watching the TV.

*Kitchen & Dining :

The kitchen is complete with all the tools you will need for cooking and eating home. There is a table for 8 people. Basic kitchen ingredients such as salt, pepper, and olive oil are available for your use. Dish washer available for use at your convenience.

Coffee will be provided for you to make by either single re-useable pod or a pot.

*Pool, Hot Tub, Grill + Outdoor restrooms : You will have access to our pool and spas between the hours of 7AM - 10PM everyday.

Please be respectful of noise volume especially after 9PM.

*Washer/Dryer : Available for you to use at any point during your stay. Detergent is provided.

You will have access to all the properties amenities and everything inside of the unit. There will be one locked area in the washer/dryer room for storage.

We are available to our guests via app messenger or our cell phones and live right around the corner. to meet your needs.

Pointe Tapatio is an oasis in North Phoenix. You'll be able to see the mountains from all directions in this area. Less than 10 minutes to hiking, 1.5 hours to Sedona, 15-20 minutes from the Phoenix airport.

Our condo is set in a beautiful complex with kind neighbors, many who are full time residents and those that also rent.

There are cameras in the front outside of the house.

Please know that you will be charged a security deposit fee of $300 for holding and then released 3 days after your check-out day - assuming that there are no damages that happened during your entire stay.



There are two designated parking space for our condo. One covered and one uncovered. Additional parking for additional cars can be found in a non-numbered/marked spot.
