Luxe unit is volledig gerenoveerd plafond tot vloer in december 2018. Nieuw meubilair geïnstalleerd. Inbegrepen in deze huur is toegang tot alle workoutfaciliteiten gelegen op de 2 eigenschappen, (The Edge en The Venu), 4 zwembaden, een grote kamer die dagelijks gratis koffie, pooltafel, videogames, bioscoop met popcorn en conciërge biedt. . Het apparaat beschikt over 1100 vierkante meter aan leefruimte, 4 volwassenen kunnen hier comfortabel verblijven. Het grote balkon is een prachtige open ruimte. De accommodatie ligt dicht bij het zwembad, het clubhuis en barbecuefaciliteiten.

Dit is een tweede verdieping met twee slaapkamers en een badkamer met een van de slaapkamers op de zolder van het apparaat. Het is comfortabel geschikt voor maximaal 4 personen. Een kingsize bed van California in de grote slaapkamer en 2 extra lange eenpersoonsbedden in de slaapkamer op de vliering. Het nieuwste op het gebied van high-speed WiFi-technologie, 3 tv's met uitgebreide cox-kabel met stembesturingskanalen. Gloednieuwe roestvrijstalen apparaten. nieuwe blinds, California master walkin closet. Quartz werkbladen, LED bewegingssensor badkamerspiegel in hoofdbadkamer met glazen ingesloten baddeuren.

Gelegen in prime North Scottsdale voor gemakkelijke toegang tot winkels, transport, supermarkten, restaurants, golf, films, afvalbeheer toernooi, Mayo kliniek, Barret Jackson autoshows en Arabian Horse Show.

There were some dead bugs on the floors and some on the bed when we arrived. These were NOT bed bugs but some that were the result of spraying by an exterminator. Overall the condo was excellent. We really enjoyed our stay and the owner was very helpful and great to deal with and the check in and instructions on the unit were clear and easy to follow. The location was excellent and the pools and clubhouse were very good with friendly and helpful people working there. A terrific place.

Great Location

I saw a couple other reviews about the clubhouse, workout facility etc being difficult to access. We had no problem using any of the wonderful amenities in the complex. The condo was very clean, recently updated with a very nice open lay out. Being a condo, you never know about neighbors and common walls,. There is only one common wall, nobody above or below - the garage is directly below. Overall this is a terrific place and hope to return. Thanks Rita!

Perfect place for our family

We stayed at this property with our 10 and 12 year old boys, who loved having their own loft space to sleep in. The complex is well located with walking access to shops and restaurants. There are quite a few rules at the clubhouse, but the owners were great at communicating with us and making sure our stay was enjoyable. The pools and fitness facilities are awesome. Brand new everything in the condo and it’s very clean and comfortable. Be aware that there are stairs to get up to the condo and further steep stairs to access the loft, but it’s perfect for older children/young adults who want their privacy. It’s a very bright condo, so be prepared to start your day early or bring a face mask. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay.

Great location with excellent amenities

Had a great time here at GreyHawk Edge. The location was excellent, close to the 101,reastaurants and groceries. Lots of hiking trails close by. The gym and pool area were nice and the club house excellent. A little over the top with security around the pool, needed a fob to get in the clubhouse and a key for the pool gate once in the clubhouse. Gates to pool were paddle locked so had to walk around the complex wet from the pool at night even though we were right across from the pool gate. People were very nice and friendly around the pool and clubhouse. The condo was very nice. Newly renovated. Very clean and well appointed. Rita and James the owners were very polite and easy to deal with. We would stay again. Only issue for myself was going up the metal stairs to the loft for the second bedroom. Hard to take luggage up with a bad knee. Otherwise a great restful holiday. You will enjoy it here
