Our lovely 4-bedroom home is in one of the most iconic neighborhoods in central Phoenix - Palmcroft/Encanto. Situated just a block from Encanto Park and a short walk to Enchanted Island. Our house is fully furnished and has all the amenities of home to provide you with a comfortable and relaxing stay. 4 Flatscreen TVs! In-suite bathroom for 2 Master bedrooms. Every bedroom has a new & comfy memory foam mattress. The kitchen has all required utensils, service for 8, and equipment. Come and see!

Our spacious downtown 4 bedroom home has plenty of room for the whole family...2 master suites with their own bathroom!
Guest access
You will have access to the entire 4-bdrm, 3 bath house, kitchen, living, room, and dining room. The master bedroom has a courtyard for morning coffee. And the backyard has a relaxing vibe with privacy vegetation all around. The rear guest house is rented separately, giving the backyard for the potential of being a shared space.
Other things to note
We have a beautiful house in a quiet neighborhood. But it IS a house. Which means that occasionally things will break or need maintenance - just like every house, ever. If you are an extremely high maintenance person who prefers the service of the Ritz-Carlton and would get very upset if a lightbulb was burned out, a window was sticking, or a sink or toilet got clogged, then I highly recommend you book the Ritz, it is lovely.
We pride ourselves in taking great care of our home, and we respond to inquiries and issues within an hour. That being said, sometimes stuff happens. I am confident that you will enjoy our beautiful home; give us the opportunity to work hard for you and we will! :-) Super-high maintenance people need not apply, it'll be better for everyone that way ;-).
