House Rules:

Although there is a pool fence, never leave small children in the backyard unattended. Make sure to lock doors with access to the back patio when small children are present to prevent them from accessing the enclosed patio area.

This is a self-check in property that uses a door code with a keypad for entry. By booking, guests confirm they have the ability to follow the self check in instructions provided upon booking to enter the property without onsite assistance.

Please have pets only pee or poop in the front yard, not in the backyard and pickup their waste after. Pets must be well trained, meaning they won't damage furniture or the house beyond normal wear and tear, they won't have potty accidents inside the house, and they won't disturb or harm neighbors.

No smoking cigarettes, marijuana or vaping in the house. If a guest smokes in the house during their stay, a fee of $200 per night is assessed for damage and additional cleaning.

Check out is at 10am unless given permission by owner for later check out. Guests are responsible for a $50 fee if checking out more than 30 minutes late. If checking out more than 2 hours late, the guest is responsible to pay for that day's booking rate plus any refunds to the guest checking in that day due. Any trip extensions (trip extension is defined as booking the property for additional days beyond the original booking dates) must be confirmed with the host. Paying late check out charges does not grant a trip extension. Trip extensions must be requested at least one day before check out in order to confirm availability.

There are three cameras. One is above the garage facing towards the street, another is in the garage door opener facing towards the garage door, and the last is in the Ring doorbell by the front door, facing the driveway. There is also a Minut audio level monitoring device inside the house in the hallway. This does not record any audio whatsoever, but is used to deter large gatherings at the house by letting us know if the volume is excessive for a prolonged period of time (above 75db for 10 minutes or more during quiet hours). The Ecobee thermostat has an Alexa built into it, but it has been disabled to prevent any audio recording.

No on street parking directly in front of house - use garage, driveway, and RV parking on side of house as needed.

No wet clothes or towels on furniture.
