Prachtig huis met achtertuin in resortstijl in Old Town Scottsdale !!!

Dicht bij alles in de buurt van het hart van Old Town Scottsdale! Minuten van Scottsdale Fashion Square, 5 Cactus League honkbalstadions, kunstgalerijen, restaurants, bars, wandelen, winkelen en tal van golfbanen. Dit prachtige huis heeft 3 slaapkamers en 2 badkamers. De ruime plattegrond en gewelfde plafonds zorgen ervoor dat gasten bij elkaar kunnen zijn, maar zich nooit druk kunnen voelen. De eettafel biedt plaats aan 6 personen en er zijn nog 2 zitplaatsen in de aangrenzende ontbijtbar. Er is een 60-inch tv in de woonkamer voor films, sportevenementen of gewoon ontspannen aan het einde van een leuke dag, evenals tv's in de slaapkamers. De keuken is volledig gevuld met alles wat u nodig heeft om maaltijden en snacks te bereiden. De achtertuin beschikt over een zwembad / bubbelbad met lounge stoelen, een gas vuurplaats, gas BBQ, outdoor tafel en stoelen en is perfect om te ontspannen het hele jaar door. WiFi en kabel-tv zijn inbegrepen. We hebben er alles aan gedaan om een comfortabele, leuke en ontspannende vakantieplek te creëren voor onze gasten.

Tim was an exceptional host and the house was perfect. He was very responsive and attentive and made our visit so enjoyable. The house was everything it was advertised to be. Very spacious and the back yard, pool, and hot tub were perfect - it’s where we spent most of our time. The house was extremely clean and well stocked and ideally located close to old town Scottsdale.

The positives are that it is in a safe neighborhood and has a pool (can’t speak to if it functions well, did not use it). Outside of that nothing positive about our stay. The house is needs a lot of TLC in many areas - paint chipped, things loose, dirty baseboards. For the exorbitant cleaning fee that is charged, I recommend you hire a new cleaner because there is nothing that had been dusted….dust everywhere, and house overall was not clean. The master bedroom shower did not drain properly so we had to use the other one, the master bedroom closet is locked off so if you stay in that room you cannot hang your clothes anywhere. I had to walk to the other bedroom to get clothes and to the other bathroom to shower. The pillows are old and lumpy and overall comfort was minimal. It feels like a rental that has been neglected for some time. There’s so many options in Scottsdale, do yourself a favor and book somewhere else.

We did not use the backyard so l can't really rate the pool. It looked great though. Comfortable beds. Nicely stocked with towels, toilet paper and paper towels! Very clean refrigerator and dishes. Wonderful fireplace!Great location and close to many of the sights. Quiet neighborhood. Nice lazy boy sofa in the living room.We had a wonderful stay. We would return!

We liked the house. It is fine for 3 couples When I booked the house it slept 8 when I got there it slept 6. We were only 6 but two were singles One of our guests had to sleep on a couch. Because the 4th bed had been replaced by 2 couches Unfortunately the hot tub was not operating properly the owner had to turn on the heater each time we wished to use it the jets are very weak and pretty useless. We liked the location and the house just disappointed in the things that weren't working or available

We came for a week of golf,and the location was ideal! Everything within minutes of property. The house and backyard made the trip for us, very nice, And Tim was Extremely accommodating there where minor issues with the hot tub due to the extreme weather right before our stay but again Tim was there to make it right. I was impressed with the whole process and the place is great. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

House was perfect for our family of 4, pool was not in great condition upon our arrival due to the palm trees on the neighbors property. The host immediately took action and got the pool back in shape so we could spend time in the water. We will book there again.

We had a great stay. Property was in a great location for getting around Phoenix. Quiet. Nice and clean. Exactly as described. Had everything we needed And the pool and back yard was really nice after a long hot Phoenix day. We have stayed in Phoenix many times at hotels. We so preferred our experience here. The privacy was a welcome change. We will definitely stay here again!

Ready to go and clean. Correspondence with Tim was spot on. Would have preferred access to garage (hot car) andarea rugs for the main living area. Pool and hot tub clean and well maintained. Great location. 12 min to Old Scottsdale also close to Sky Harbor. Will return.

Wonderful Location with Nice Pool

This could have been a bad review due to some issues with the pool, but Tim quickly and thoroughly resolved the problem. With the temps near 100 we really enjoyed splashing around in crystal clear water. The grill and fire pit are also some of the better we’ve experienced in our 20 years of booking vacation homes, as well as Tim’s communication throughout our stay. We will definitely book again next year!
