Celebration groups are welcome, but this house is not suitable for parties/events. We ask that all partying be kept to downtown, as our home is in a quiet residential area and we want to be respectful to our neighbors.

Due to COVID-19, our cleaners are giving extra attention to high-touch areas, with Isopropyl alcohol-based cleaners, such as doorknobs, counters, light switches, and remotes.
The space
✴ There is plenty to do while practicing social distancing. Within blocks, we have the Scottsdale Greenbelt for running, walking and biking. You also have a beautiful and private pool to soak up the sunshine!

✴BACKYARD RESORT-LIKE SETTING

Enjoy your own vacation paradise right in your backyard! Fire up the grill, pour some cocktails, & float in the pool while you soak up the AZ sun.

This Backyard Oasis includes a swimming pool, corn-hole game, BBQ grill, and lots of space for sunning and funning. The pool can be heated for $75 per day (2-day minimum) during cool seasons. Please advise us ahead of time if you would like the pool heated, as it takes 24 hours to heat.

The house offers two master suites including a luxurious Master Suite with walk-in closet, shower & spa-like bathtub, double vanities and 2 other bathrooms for getting ready for a night on the town!

Convenient access to the 101 freeway, which will take you anywhere you need to go! UBER or Lyft are readily available, as are golf carts and electric scooters. Old Town Scottsdale is just minutes away.

This is a SMOKE-FREE & PET-FREE home. In the event that you will be traveling with a service animal, please ask the host to send over the Courteous Conduct and Cleanliness Agreement for your review and agreement prior to your stay.

With a great deal of love and TLC, we carefully selected our favorite deluxe bath products, specialty coffee, fluffy spa-like towels, linens, etc. that are typically found in your favorite hotels. Enjoy the comforts of being in a luxury home with the perks of a fancy hotel!

Guest access
You'll have access to the entire house with the exception of locked cabinets in the laundry room where extra supplies are stored.

Other things to note
There is a video doorbell, exterior of the front door, and above the garage, which records 30 sec. facing the front yard upon motion detection. There is also a noise decibel monitor on at all times, which does not record audio, but tracks how loud the general environment is.
