Dicht bij alles in de buurt van het hart van Old Town Scottsdale! Minuten van Fashion Square, honkbalstadions, kunstgalerijen, restaurants, bars, wandelen, winkelen en talloze golfbanen. Dit vernieuwde huis heeft 4 slaapkamers, 3 badkamers plus een gast casita (5e slaapkamer)! Dankzij de ruime plattegrond kunnen gasten samen zijn, maar voelen ze zich nooit druk. De eettafel biedt comfortabel plaats aan 8 en er zijn nog 4 zitplaatsen aan de aangrenzende ontbijtbar. Er is een 65-inch tv in de woonkamer voor films, sportevenementen of gewoon ontspannen aan het einde van een leuke dag, evenals tv's in alle slaapkamers. De keuken komt rechtstreeks uit een tijdschrift en is volledig gevuld met alles wat u nodig hebt om maaltijden te bereiden. De grote achtertuin beschikt over een nieuw zwembad / bubbelbad met zitplaatsen, een gashaard, gasbarbecue, buitentafel en stoelen, kunstgras en achtertuinspellen zoals gigantische Jenga en maïskolf. WiFi en kabel-tv zijn inbegrepen. We hebben er alles aan gedaan om onze gasten de meest comfortabele, leuke en ontspannende vakantie te bieden.

A Gathering of Friends

The house was very clean and perfect for 3 couples that want king size beds and their own bathroom. We especially enjoyed the pool that was very clean and maintained. You will not be disappointed in this gem !!

Overall, our stay was very nice. The house is large and accommodated our family well. The host was very responsive in addressing the issues we encountered upon check-in. For example, the main bathroom was not clean from the previous guests and their pile of dirty towels were left for us. Additionally, several of power outlets in the main bedroom were not working, so we were not able to charge our phones nor use the bedside lamps. The host was very responsive to these issues, and they were corrected early during our week-long stay.

My family and I had a great time staying at a great place! We were a group of 8 celebrating my sister's 70th birthday. Tim, our host was so easy to talk to and answered all my questions; believe me, I had plenty! The house was clean, pool was clean, pleanty of towels and other amenities. My one sister uses a wheelchair and there was plenty of space for her to move around. There's one small step into the rental and one small step that leads out to the pool area. Very easy to navigate. Thank you for making our stay easy and stress free.

Amazing Stay

This house was amazing and accommodating for my party of 8 adults. The house was clean, the pool was amazing. The host was very communicative before, and during the entire stay. The location is surrounded by so many happenings. Whether you uber or have a car the property just worked overall. Thank you to Tim, the Host. 5 stars always start with the host and the hospitality. That made the stay even more comfortable and fun. Definitely recommend this house.

We love this darling house. We have stayed here twice and plan to come back again. The house is clean, the kitchen is fabulous and the pool is delightful. The best part is that the host responds quickly and pleasantly to any questions we might have. Highly recommend!

Terrific Stay!

We were in town for a week with family for our daughter‘s graduation from Arizona State. This property was perfect. Open spacious floor plan and excellent backyard with pool and fire pit. Plenty of bedrooms and everything was exactly as described. Tim was a very responsive host. 100% recommend.

Family Vacation

Sorority Reunion

Six of us stayed here and had a fabulous time!We couldn’t have been happier. Large living room and kitchen, 5 bedrooms and we really enjoyed the pool and hot tub! We had a problem with the lock on the front door and Tim was there the next day to fix it. He was very friendly and helpful. We would highly recommend staying here. Very convenient to Old Town Scottsdale, 101 and was a very quiet neighborhood.

Family Vacation

The pool and hot tub were the star of our stay. A few problems with the hot tub when we arrived, but Tim responded right away and was able to get it fixed quickly. Our biggest issue was the "guest casita." This unit was a converted outdoor shed attached to the carport. Inside the small space was a king bed, the washer, dryer and hot water heater. The water heater emanated a gas smell from the pilot light which was very strong and the washer and dryer smelled like detergent. Two of us tried sleeping in there, but it did not work at all and we had to double up with the kids. It really should not be listed as a bedroom. Otherwise the other bedrooms were comfortable and we were very thankful for the portable crib.

Old Town w Pool - great service

The owner Tim was very responseful and helpful. We asked if the house had a cooler, (someone had taken it), Tim had a new one there pleasantly within 20 minutes. Great recommendations. The check out list makes the vacation very smooth, enjoy Tim's House versus cleaning for the cleaners. Would highly recommend.
