Geschikt voor 4 personen. 2 slaapkamers, 2 badkamers. Master heeft queensize bed, tv en een bureau. En-suite hoofdbad met een gigantische inloopdouche. 2e slaapkamer heeft een comfortabele koningin en hal bad met een mooi bad en douche. De woonkamer is voorzien van casual leven met eettafel voor het verzamelen met vrienden. De keuken is ruim met gastoestellen en alles wat u nodig hebt om familie en vrienden te vermaken. De achtertuin heeft een BBQ om te grillen en te ontspannen in de prachtige lucht van Arizona. Groot grasveld voor wat maisgat, jeu de boules bal of croquet. Had ik al gezegd lopen naar Old Town Scottsdale? Zo dichtbij dat je het niet zult geloven. Veilig parkeren in de garage voor één auto en op de oprit. Voldoende parkeergelegenheid op straat.

Gemakkelijke toegang tot MLB Baseball, Kierland, Fashion Square Mall en meer. Dit is de perfecte vakantiewoning. Kom een paar dagen, een paar weken of een paar maanden.

Just what we needed

We needed a place that could accommodate a long weekend when we had our small dogs traveling with us. We had several questions before booking to which the host responded very promptly and was very helpful. We found the house just as described in the listing. It was comfortable and well located to access Old Town Scottsdale. The yard was a very nice “plus feature” that made the stay feel like being at home. Thank you!

Overall it's a great place. The back yard is great for our dog to run around in and enjoy. The inside was very nice. The couch needs replacing, its well worn. And we thought 1 more chair in the living room would be ideal. Kitchen is very well stocked with dishes and pots and pans. I guess the murphy bed in the 2nd bedroom is rather uncomfortable, from what our daughter told us. We did enjoy our stay and would go back.

Well-appointed and Maintained House Close to Old Town

We choose the house as a base for attending Spring Training games, and we had an excellent stay. The house is comfortable, well-equipped, and well-located. It is walking distance from restaurants and other attractions of Old Town Scottsdale, but without the noise, in a quiet residential neighborhood. The house appears to have been updated recently and is in a pristine condition. The back garden is an added bonus, providing a pleasant outdoor space to relax. This is a first rate property and fully merits five stars.

Location is awesome but nearby restaurants and bars do play their music in the evenings quite loudly. Not a huge deal but noticeable. Home is well equipped. Master showerhead needs to be replaced. Provided exactly what we needed.

Location was great. Yard was great for our dog. Couch is essentially broken and unusable. So nowhere to comfortably sit in the main living area. Towels provided were paper thin and too small to cover the things they should cover.

Little details (does not sleep 6)

Let me start by saying my wife and I stayed here for 2 weeks. The good: location was fantastic. The one car garage and laundry was nice to have. The master bed mattress was overall pretty nice. The bad: We stayed here for 2 weeks, so the lack of kitchen supplies was not ideal. We contacted the property manager before our trip to see if they supplied food storage, and we were told there was. Upon arriving, it turned out that there was no Tupperware. If you are wanting a place to cook your own meals, they are missing a few utensils and measuring cups, drying rack etc. The dish sponge needs to be replaced. Also, no salt and pepper which seems basic to us. There were no hot pads for using pans or pots on the stove or oven. Also, the bath fan in the hallway bathroom needs to be replaced. It has to be broken and makes a loud screeching noise. The ugly: this does not sleep 6, or even 4 comfortably. The spare bedroom has a very bad coil mattress. Cheap Murphy bed, with no purpose? I would find it insulting if another couple had to sleep there. Also, the couch needs to be replaced. It has a permanent indent where someone was clearly sitting. The cushions were not comfortable at all, slanted, and need to go. There was a lot of bird poop on the outdoor chairs, and hair found in the shower. Clearly the property was not thoroughly inspected or cleaned.

Great Backyard Space Terrible Second Bed

Cons: The bed in the second bedroom really isn't a bed. It is a murphy bed which is like of sleeping on a pull-out sofa sleeper, very uncomfortable. Pros: The backyard is amazing. The furniture is perfect for relaxing in the peaceful backyard.

Fantastic stay

Snowbird trip to Scottsdale, love this property.

This is our 2nd year in a row at this property. Love the location, easy walk to old downtown Scottsdale. Quiet, clean neighborhood. The house and backyard are perfect for us and our dog. Spacious, updated and well maintained. Elite vacation rentals have been a fantastic host. Great communication and very attentive. Even proactive contacting dining high winds to make sure all was ok. We booked 7 months in advance and wanted a host we could trust, and they delivered. We will definitely be back in 2024!

Great stay. For us, having walking distance access to Old Town Scottsdale was everything and it was so close. 1 bedroom had a very comfortable bed and 1 room had a marginally comfortable innova bed but this was all we needed. The backyard was amazing and a great living room for entertaining. The fan in the guest bathroom was very loud and may need some repair but this minor detail was totally overshadowed by the well kept property! The owners also left us some popcorn and candy for the weekend as a nice gift. Overall I would very highly recommend this place to stay in Scottsdale!

Noisy neighbors

We found this property to be VERY clean and comfortable. With a large master bedroom and an updated master bath. The kitchen was well stocked for all our cooking needs. The garage was perfect for keeping our car out of the summer sun. The big back yard was perfect for our dogs to run and play. However, the neighbors next door with the partying and loud music pretty much ruined our stay.
