DO NOT RENT THIS HOME! I’m generally not one to leave a review, much less a negative one, but the reviews were misleading to me. The good…it’s a beautiful home. Good communication with the owner. The fenced pool and hot tub are great. We used the pool table a lot and the kitchen seemed to be stocked with everything you might need. The bad…roaches! The owner offered to refund the rest of the nights, but finding a place last minute three days before Christmas, with four people and a large dog was near impossible. We left all of our belongings on the covered back patio! The home needs a deep cleaning. The floors were filthy, dirty dishes in cabinets, and many of the walls looked like they had something splashed all over them. The owner informed me right before we checked in that there were security cameras in the backyard that would be disabled while we were there, unless we asked otherwise for security when we were not there. This is absolutely untrue! Every time we walked out the back door we were being watched. The patio, pool, hot tub…he’s watching you and your children running around in their bathing suit! I called to confront him and he was speechless proving me right. We covered it with a towel until we were able to leave.
