Relax in the outdoor living room under a covered roof, looking out over your private pool* (with a Baja deck) on tee #3 of the Dobson Ranch public golf course. Featuring spacious 3BR/2BA, beautiful furnishings, and a pool table. Located in a gated, QUIET, community inside of Dobson Ranch, minutes from freeways and within 30 minutes of Sky Harbor and Mesa/Gateway airports. Come relax in your own private oasis!

The couple who owns this property and the property itself has been nothing less than perfection. What an awesome experience for us first timers visiting Arizona! The owners did an amazing job designing a perfect vacation house. Sheets were so soft, bathrooms and showers were clean and amazing! The best part was the outside entertainment area! A perfect size pool and covered patio with a TV made a day at the pool absolutely fantastic! Watching baseball, grilling out and the kids playing in the pool while we watched golfers was truly a relaxing experience! If we had a question about the house, the owners were very quick to respond. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience! Thank you for making our trip so awesome!

My family had a great time visiting the area for spring training. I would definitely recommend staying at this property. This was our second time staying at the property. We loved the backyard pool and the home is located on a golf course in a great area. The host of the property was very responsive and provided great service during our visit.

Stayed four nights for a quick getaway and to see a spring baseball game. Nice place with an outstanding pool area. Great to be able to watch TV outside while sitting in the pool! Owners were very good at getting us all we needed for check in and out.

We enjoyed the Desert Oasis so much. The home was clean, the beds were very comfortable. The backyard was such a nice place to sit and have a glass of wine or do some work. It was truly relaxing back there. Location was great for the swim meet we were attending in Mesa, and in general it was super easy to get around town (highly recommend the Desert Botanical Garden). We found some great restaurants within 10 minutes of the house. Jessica was a great communicator and answered all our small questions very quickly (about restaurants, where something was, etc.). Personally, I wanted to stay an extra couple days, just for the peace and quiet! It was tempting, but I had to get home. :(

The property was PERFECT for what we needed while staying in Mesa for the Pickleball National Championships at the Arizona Athletic Grounds. Just a 15 minute drive away. Nice home and private pool Quiet gated community, easy access to highways. Community pool across the street Neighbors were friendly. Primary bed was very comfy. Didn’t use other bedrooms. Owners were very responsive and cooperative even when we needed to make changes to our arrival and departure dates. We hope to rent this property again next year.

Everything stated in the description was there and more! After the long day of travel, the kids loved the pool table!! (I got to rest a bit. 😊) Niceties all around: from garage parking to Roku TVs; my granddaughter even liked the books they had on the book shelves. The beds were REALLY comfy! And, we felt part of a community, with the pantry products left by past travelers. It made us very aware of what we left for the next group. What a way to enjoy my first Vrbo experience; I’m hooked!! We enjoyed our stay at the house and it had everything that we needed. It was very clean and quiet and enjoyable. Please note that the master bedroom literally faces Tee#3 of the golf course. Make sure you close the shutters to the master bedroom and the curtains in the family room.
