What is not to love about Old Town Scottsdale, including our 3 bed 2 bath home?! Located in the heart of Scottsdale just blocks away from old town, our stylish home is the perfect relaxing getaway in a quiet neighborhood but is minutes from all the action: Luxury shopping, night life, art galleries, spring training baseball, restaurants, Talking Stick Casino, world-class golf, and famous Camelback Mountain for you hikers. *We care about our neighbors, strict noise policy between 10PM and 8AM.*

The space
Open floor plan that leads to an amazing outdoor space. What sets our space apart is this was our home prior to moving, no expenses were spared with the indoor/outdoor remodel and brand new furnishings. High-end Kitchen Aid appliances and a full soft water system were installed in 2020 (Arizona water is very hard and irritates the skin without a soft-water system).

Backyard:
The backyard is completely new in 2021. Relax in the pool with Baja shelf, partially submerged lounge chairs, and sun umbrellas. Backyard also includes a putting green, covered cabana for lounging, and a 55" smart TV to catch the game while soaking in the pool. *please note the pool is not heated*

Living Room & Kitchen:
The chef in your group will love the spacious gourmet kitchen that is fully equipped with stainless steel Kitchen Aid appliances, including a four-burner electric stove.. There are quartz counters and a large center island with seating for four.

Living Room: Relax in the comfortable couch + love seat and enjoy the 86" smart TV. Smart TV includes YouTube TV cable (NFL Redzone), or sign on to your personal streaming applications to watch your favorite shows.

Work Remotely:
We provide a comfortable dedicated desk in the open living space to work remote, or take care of any urgent work items that come up. Our internet is the fastest available (Cox Giga Blast) and can handle multiple users video calls.

Master Bedroom:
Boasts a plush King size bed with a 6-drawer dresser with his & hers closets (hers is a walk-in) that includes hangers. The masters has a private bathroom with a gorgeous walk-in tile shower and large soaker tub. 55" smart TV for watching shows at night. Includes YouTube TV channels and ability to login to your streaming apps.

Bedrooms 2:
King size bed with 6-drawer dresser, dedicated closet, and a 55" smart TV (YouTube TV included).

Bedroom 3:
Queen size bed with 6-drawer dresser, dedicated closet, and a 55" smart TV (YouTube TV included).

Additional Bedding:
We provide 4 additional Coleman SupportRest Elite Double High Air Mattresses with built in pump (just plug in and inflates) if additional mattresses are needed during your stay.

Gym, Laundry, & Garage:
Located in the garage you will find a large washer/dryer, a gym set to get your workouts. The gym is a Rouge weight rack with dumb bell set up to 30lbs. Green belt is just blocks away to get your cardio in as well. Further, for you tennis lovers, there are public tennis courts located less than a mile away at Chestnut park!

Other things to note
- Security camera and ring doorbell are located in the front of the property for your safety.
- Please remember this is a house, not a hotel, we are a phone call / text away if any issues arise.
