Resort Style Condo - Desert Breeze Villas

Our gated resort style condo comes with everything you need to enjoy your stay in Phoenix! The pool view from the balcony will really make you feel like you’re on vacation. Being 3 miles from State Farm Stadium and the Westgate Entertainment District you will never run out of things to do! You will also be 15 minutes from downtown Phoenix and 30 minutes from Scottsdale. Nearby hike: Estrella Mountain Regional Park.


The space:

The condo complex is in a gated community, the code for the gate will be given 24 hours prior to your arrival. Once you go through the gate there is a FREE designated parking spot right in front of the condo. Parking spot number will be disclosed before arrival. The unit is on the second floor, away from the busy highway, and looks over the sparkling salt water pool. When you get to our unit you will see a lockbox attached to the railing near the door. The code for the lockbox will be given 24 hours prior to your arrival. The key in the lockbox will unlock the front door and there is a keypad to unlock the main door, code will also be given 24 hours prior as well.

When you walk into the condo you will see a guestbook and a few itineraries outlining the attractions in the area. The unit is complete with a washer and dryer, which is to the left when you walk in, through the pull-out doors. The condo is complete, with a fully stocked kitchen and bathroom. The master bedroom is complete with a king bed, walk-in closet, dresser, and small TV with Roku. In the living room there is a dining table that seats 4, smart TV with Roku, and a couch with an extra bed that pulls out and sleeps 2 people. You have access to the balcony from the living room and the master bedroom. On the patio you will have 2 chairs and a table that makes it easy to enjoy the scenic view of the pool and complex.

Guest access:

Entire condo is yours with one parking spot! You will also have access to the pool, hot tub, and onsite gym. You are welcome to use any of the grills throughout the complex. There is one right below the patio that you can see from the condo.
