Toplocatie in het prachtige Noord-Scottsdale, gelegen op een professionele hectare aangelegd aan resortachtige / gevoel / ambiance. (MAX 8 gasten)

Dit volledig ingerichte huis is absoluut een genot voor de entertainer. De achtertuin omvat een mooi, verwarmd zwembad met een rotswaterval, waterglijbaan een overdekt terras, in de grond gashaard met surround zitplaatsen, verschillende ligstoelen en andere weelderige zitjes, open haard en een extra zitgedeelte. Het is alsof je je eigen privéresort in je achtertuin hebt!


De keuken is voorzien van een gastronomische chef's keuken met topapparatuur zoals, fornuis, dubbele oven, koel / vriescombinatie, magnetron, vaatwasser, volledig gevulde keukengerei, koffiezetapparaat, fruitpers, mixer etc. Keuken heeft een prachtig uitzicht op de prachtige achtertuin van het resort.

Elke slaapkamer is voorzien van fijn linnen, extra kussens voor maximaal comfort en een HD-tv.

Het huis beschikt ook over een formele woonkamer, studeerkamer, informeel dineren met uitzicht op een familiekamer met open haard, dubbel kantoor en een in-home professionele sportschool uitgerust met loopband, losse gewichten, tv, enz. Met een prachtig uitzicht op de achtertuin om te maken nog leuker trainen.

Dit huis ligt op de perfecte locatie Scottsdale en ligt op enkele minuten van zowel Old Town Scottsdale en Kierland / Scottsdale Quarter. U bent een snelle rit naar golfbanen van wereldklasse, lekker eten en overvloedig winkelen.

Dit is een prachtig vakantiehuis in een rustige buurt en is geen huis voor diegenen die geïnteresseerd zijn in luide feesten.

Golf Vacation

The property was as advertised and the backyard was more impressive in person. Having traveled to AZ often, I have never seen a backyard this large and with this much grass. The pool slide is huge and fun. Convenient location to Scottsdale restaurants, golf and hiking. We would definitely return to the property.

Great Pool!

Beautiful house with an amazing pool and water slide. Our kids loved it! Be aware that if you want the pool and spa heated there is an extra charge. We had no issue paying the additional cost since we rented the house just for the pool. Jose was very responsive via text to heat the pool and spa on request. We would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful Property Great Location

This is a beautiful property both inside and out. We enjoyed the pool, spa, water slide just sitting outside and the kitchen is outstanding. The beds were very comfortable and we always had hot water for showers. The property is close to dining and activities so very convenient. And the neighborhood is quiet. Loved it.

Great place for families! We found this property to have lot's of indoor and outdoor space for our family to enjoy. The pool area is fantastic and our kids also enjoyed having some green space to run around in. The home and covered patio were also very nice and plenty of space for a family of 8. Any concerns we had were addressed by Jose and his team promptly. Would recommend.

Fantastic home in great locstion

This home is something else. It is immaculately maintained in a great neighborhood. The backyard is better than any hotel with hot tub, pool, slide, fireplace, grill ....even a mini beach. The gym is kitted out with top spec equipment It is well worth the $ spent , the owner couldnt be more helpful and we will definitely be back!!!

Not worth the price

While this was a very nice home, it was more work than I anticipated. 1. No instructions on how to get the pool and features working 2. Mens underwear and clothes left in night stand from previous guests 3. No outside pool lights on for safety (they were unplugged) and I had to go around and find the light timer boxes 4. No instructions on how to turn on misters in back patio 5. propane empty in BBQ and had to spend time getting that sorted out 6. Propane empty in stand alone fire place and had to get that working 7. No remote garage door opener to pull car into garage. The bottom line is the owners are great but the house was not prepared for us and every time I turned around I was having to figure it out.

An amazing place to enjoy our vacation and reside in the lap of luxury while doing it.

Coming to Scottsdale is a wonderful idea, especially if you do it in the winter time. while doing this to get away from the cold weather in Texas, we were able to stay in an absolutely stunning environment that is just as comfortable as it was stunning. All of the amenities were pretty much first class in every way. The pool and spa are outstanding and will tempt you to just stay at home and barbeque and not leave. The comfort of the home is equally enjoyable and the Jara family has provided the perfect place to do it. We highly recommend it to anyone looking for the comfort and access to everything Scottsdale. Texans that will be back.

Property was well kept and big enough for 2 families. Kitchen was big and well furnished how ever some of the appliance didn't work fully The house was cleaned but the bathrooms didn't have enough soap in showers and vanities Mr Jara was attentive and understanding and we were able to have a late check out.
