Scottsdale Villa in het hart van de oude stad

Dit is een recent bijgewerkte stadswoning met hardhouten bamboevloeren in de belangrijkste ruimtes, nieuw tapijt in de slaapkamers, nieuwe tegels in de badkamer, nieuwe keukenkasten, granieten aanrecht, nieuwe apparaten, nieuwe grote televisies, nieuwe meubels / armaturen en terrasmeubels. Met drie slaapkamers en twee en een half bad, heeft Old Town Villa meer dan genoeg ruimte voor 6 volwassenen (twee per slaapkamer) of 4 volwassenen met 4 kinderen (stapelbed voor vier kinderen).

Gelegen op slechts 0. 9 mijl naar SF Giants Spring Training Stadium, 5 mijl naar AZ Diamondbacks en Colorado Rockies Spring Training Stadium, 7 mijl naar Cubs Spring Training en 6 mijl naar ASU (Sun Devil Stadium). Dit huis is in de perfecte oude binnenstad van Scottsdale met slechts 0. 5 mijl naar Scottsdale Fashion Square, het uitgaanscentrum, Camelback Mountain en op slechts een paar blokken van geweldige restaurants, het nachtleven, supermarkten en golfbanen. Old Town Villa ligt op slechts 1/2 mijl van de populaire Scottsdale Greenbelt met mijl van paden om te wandelen of fietsen, verschillende meren en een paar golfbanen toe te voegen aan het landschap. Old Town Villa ligt aan de gratis Old Town Scottsdale Trolly-route en stopt elke 30 minuten bij Waterfront, 5th Avenue-winkels, het Arts District, winkelcentra, honkbalstadions en andere populaire bezienswaardigheden. Bovendien maken e-scooters in de buurt, fietsverhuur en golfkarretjes het leuk om rond te reizen!

Ons huis is gelegen in de geplande woning van Casa Granada East met een bijgewerkt gemeenschappelijk zwembad, park en een speeltuin. De woning wordt geleverd met twee speciale overdekte parkeerplaatsen, een eigen beveiligde patio, gas bbq en twee Smart TV's met groot scherm met wifi en beperkte kabeltelevisie. We wonen hier parttime, dus Old Town Villa heeft alle gemakken van thuis om uw verblijf comfortabel en onvergetelijk te maken. Volledige openbaarmaking - Uit veiligheidsoverwegingen hebben we een buitencamera met uitzicht op de achterpoort en het parkeerterrein. De camera legt geen privé- of binnenruimtes vast.

Very lovely townhome

This was a very nice property. The owner has taken great care of it. Looks newly renovated, close to Old Town, but driving is still necessary. It’s close enough to spring training and other interesting places. We would stay there again!

Great location to explore most of the attractions in Scottsdale. Old Scottsdale close by. Most of the shopping you need , groceries, gas etc. Enjoyed the back courtyard. Nice that this is the end unit in a row of condominiums.

Great Scottsdale Location

This condo is in a great location in Scottsdale. It is an older property, but very clean and nicely decorated. The outdoor, private patio is beautiful! Tyson is an excellent host and of all the VRBO properties we have rented, this kitchen was the best stocked with appliances and utensils. We were able to walk to several restaurants and a local grocery store. I would recommend this property for anyone wanting to spend time in the Old Scottsdale area. We really enjoyed the convenience of this location.

Feb winter break

We enjoyed our time at the well-equipped, clean condo. The lay out worked well for 3 couples and even the couple who drew the bunk beds enjoyed their time. The condo was located just far enough from the busy sections of town to be relatively quiet at night yet close to grocery shopping and pubs. Merci Cafe next door was wonderful. We enjoyed our time sitting on the back patio in the warmth (65-80F) of Feb afternoons. The location was great for what we had planned to do...renting bikes, cycling, walking to old town, museums and restaurants. We were able to communicate via first email and later text with the owner and he was timely and responsive to our requests and needs. We hope to return next winter.

A Great Vacation

Highly recommend this spot. Very clean, close to everything, plenty of space for 6 people! We were steps from the pool and the playground. There was a large field right outside the unit that was perfect for early morning freeze tag. The outside enclosed patio was just great. We ate out there, played cards, read and played games with the kids. (The games were at the unit, extra plus!). I would not hesitate to stay there again! Thank you for sharing it with us!

Perfect getaway

We had a great family vacation together - the location was convenient, the pool was quiet, the townhouse was clean and a good size! Kitchen was fully stocked as well as laundry room and soaps, paper towels, etc. it made the stay so easy! Host so easy to work with and gave good details. The only thing I couldn’t find were the beach towels.

Very nice property and home. Very short walk to bars, restaurants and shopping in Old Town Scottsdale. Great location to drive to spring training games as well. great location, cute house!

Loved this property! It was so close to everything we wanted to do. It was 7 min from the cholla trail at Camelback mountain and under 1 mile from Old Town. The house was super cute and had a lot of fun games. It was convenient that it had blow dryers so I didn't have to bring one and a keurig. The host always responded to my messages within a few minutes. Would highly recommend booking this property for a girls trip!

Better than described!!

We rented this condo for my daughters sweet 16 to be close to the mall. It was to far for them to walk, mostly because they’re teenagers, so they drove anyway but it is really a short walk. The condo was beautiful! Tyson sent us perfect instructions to find the condo, which would have been difficult otherwise as it is towards the back. We arrived to a clean, well stocked condo with comfortable furniture. Kitchen had a good amount of spices and condiments as well! The beds were comfortable and my daughter and her friends throughly enjoyed the giant vanity in the master bedroom. If you’re looking for a great place near old town Scottsdale this is it! Host is amazing, super helpful and quick to respond to any questions you have as well! Definitely recommend this place!!

Very clean and well appointed property. Tyson adds all the little things you might forget. Comfortable bed and living room couch. It was just my husband and I but plenty of room for a family. Close to grocery store, restaurants etc. and of course the pool! We enjoyed it very much.

This was the perfect place for us. There were 5 of us. Could have fit one more. We got to spend time with our adult children, conveniently got to food, airport, niece's wedding venue, nearby hotel where extended family was staying. Walked to all but the airport. My son enjoyed the pool. Our flight was delayed and the owner was flexible with our checkout time (better than sitting at the airport for hours).
