Enjoy the activities in town and come back home to relax in the negative edge pool overlooking the four peaks mountains. Mountain bike and hiking trails approx 1 mile away as is the famous Fountain Park.

Our house offers 4 bedrooms and 4 1/2 bathrooms throughout the home. Enter the home on the main level that contains floor to ceiling windows in a spacious living room complete with a pool table and telescope for viewing our dark sky. Wrap around balconies span the entire back of the home for amazing views where ever you look. Sit back during sunset and watch for deer, javelina, bob cats and coyotes on the hills beyond the home.

Directly off the living room you find the spacious patio and infinity pool. The roomy patio table has seating for 6. Additional gathering areas include a great room with seating for 7 or more which is open to the kitchen that seats 4 at the bar and 6 at the dining table. Located right off the kitchen is a large deck area with convenient gas grill. This floor also contains 3 bedrooms and 3 1/2 baths. The master bedroom offers amazing views of the mountains with your own private access to the pool. This room is equipped with a king bed, two night stands, dresser and tv. The master bath includes jacuzzi bathtub, walk-in shower, two separate sinks and large walk in closet. The remaining 2 bedrooms with queen beds are on the main floor and have access to your own private bathrooms, walk in closets and tvs.

Downstairs you find a private suite with the same amazing views as you see upstairs. There is one bedroom with a queen bed, private bathroom with tub and a large living area with sectional sofa and tv. The comfortable sectional sofa can be used for additional sleeping arrangements.
