• Kitchen: A functional space equipped with standard appliances and a Keurig coffee maker, perfect for preparing light meals, quick breakfasts, and serving takeout.

• Bedrooms: Three beautifully decorated rooms offering distinct sleeping arrangements. Bedroom 1 features a spacious King bed. Bedroom 2 offers a cozy Queen bed. Bedroom 3 contains a Full over Full bunk bed.

• Bathrooms: Clean, well-lit bathrooms stocked with essential toiletries, and a hair dryer so you can pack a little lighter.



⚠️ Honest Expectations (Need to Knows)

• Sleeping Capacity: While the platform allows bookings for up to 9 guests, our actual beds (King, Queen, and two Full beds) comfortably sleep a maximum of 8 guests. If you have a 9th guest, they will need to use the existing beds or an air mattress (bed linens provided).



Guest Access:

Enjoy seamless and secure entry with our convenient door code and smart lock system. Check-in is after 4:00 PM, and checkout is before 10:00 AM. You may park in the driveway or street.

Located on East Auburn Drive, Tempe, Arizona, our home sits in a lovely, comfortable residential neighborhood. The property is situated immediately next to a beautiful, expansive city park, offering plenty of green space, walking paths, and fresh air just steps from your front door.



Getting Around:

The property is exceptionally well-located for navigating the Valley. Depending on traffic, you are a quick 8-minute drive to the dining and nightlife of Mill Avenue, only 10 minutes away from Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport, and just 15 minutes to the heart of Old Town Scottsdale.



Other Things to Note:

• Pool Heating: The pool can be heated upon request for an additional fee of $65 per day. There is a brand-new gas heater installed, but please confirm if you would like this service prior to your arrival so we can have it warming up for you.

• Security Deposit: A refundable security deposit is required to book this property. Please contact us to confirm the specific amount. This is fully refundable provided the property is left in good condition.

• Waiver Option: If you would prefer to skip the deposit, you may choose a non-refundable damage waiver for a small fee instead.

• Furry Friends Welcome: We love dogs! You are welcome to bring your non-service pup along for a small fee. Please just remember to add them to your reservation guest count when booking so the fee is automatically applied and we know to expect them!
