You will be given the location of the homes nearest cross streets, generally within 500 feet of the physical location of the home.Our standard departure time is 10 am although exceptions are made based on occupancy and between-occupancy maintenance requirements. Early arrival & or late departure fees apply.Before departing the home, you will be asked to call our Departure Phone Line (number provided on departure sheet left at the home for you) and to leave a message indicating the time you will depart the home. This will alert the housekeepers to the best time to arrive to the home. You will also be asked to complete a Departure form which will include some minor household steps to ready the home for the post-occupancy property inspection and the arrival of the housekeeping staff.Home comes stocked with a starter supply of toiletries and perishables including hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, laundry detergent, fabric softener, dish soap and dishwasher detergent. Household supplies including toilet paper, paper towels, napkins, coffee filters and trash bags and general assortment of kitchen spices. All renters will be presented with the option to purchase a larger supply of the items mentioned above.OPTIONAL SERVICES: After you book our home you will be required to complete an online form; we call our Renter Data Form which serves as the Rental Agreement. After completing the online form, you will be required to execute an IP Address verified digital version of the Rental Contract within 3 days of booking. The online form will provide you with an opportunity to purchase the following optional services. All online purchases are fully refundable within 3 business days of purchase.
