The Space:

Four king bedrooms. That's the whole reason this house works. Four couples, or two families where every set of parents gets a real bed and a door that closes, and nobody spends the week on a pullout resenting whoever called dibs first.



Fall is when Scottsdale turns back on. By late October the heat has broken, the courses open up, and this house shifts into the season it was built for. Golf in the morning, pickleball on the sport court once the sun drops behind the wall, and the hot tub going by nine. Heading into the holidays, the fireplace gets used for the first time all year and Thanksgiving happens here instead of at whoever's turn it was.



The backyard is built around a full sport court, so pickleball and basketball both work without anyone moving furniture. There's a putting green next to it, a heated pool and hot tub, a fire pit, cornhole and ladder golf, a BBQ, and a covered patio for eating outside. Inside there's a fully stocked kitchen with high-end stainless appliances, a living room with an indoor fireplace and a 65 inch smart TV, and a game area with a pool table and foosball.

Guest Access:

The whole house is yours, inside and out, with keypad entry so you can let yourselves in whenever you land. The only off-limits spot is the locked owner's closet.



The Neighborhood:

You're on a quiet residential street in one of the Valley's most convenient pockets, with just about everything a short drive away.



Golf: Several well-known courses within 10 to 15 minutes, and fall through spring is the season for them.



Food & drink: Casual restaurants, coffee shops, and grocery stores within about five minutes.



Shopping & nightlife: A couple of big open-air shopping and dining districts roughly 10 minutes out, and Old Town

Scottsdale's patios, bars, and galleries about 15 to 20.



Outdoors: Desert hiking trails about 20 minutes, and they're at their best November through March.



Airports: Scottsdale Airport is around 10 minutes, Sky Harbor about 30.

A few housekeeping notes so your stay runs smoothly:



Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM.



This property is 100% smoke-free.



Dogs are welcome for a fee of $125 per dog, up to 2 dogs per stay. Please note this fee does not cover any potential damage caused by pets. No cats permitted. We just ask that pups are crate trained and that you pick up after them in the yard.



We kindly ask that guests refrain from hosting parties or events at the property. We aim to maintain a respectful environment for our neighbors. Quiet hours are 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.



Heated pool fee is $100/night. We recommend heating the pool in the months between October and May each year. We require at least a 3-day notice before your arrival if you'd like the pool heated. Pool must be heated for the entirety of your stay. Thank you!



Exterior security cameras are installed at the front door and driveway for quality and security monitoring purposes.



The home also has a Minut noise monitor that measures decibel levels only (it does not record audio), which helps us stay on good terms with the neighbors.



GUEST VERIFICATION: To help ensure a smooth and secure stay for all guests, the primary guest listed on the reservation may be asked to complete a quick verification process within 48 hours of booking, depending on the platform used to book the reservation.



Prior to check-in, guests may also be asked to sign a Rental Agreement that includes agreeing to our rental terms and conditions and, on certain booking platforms, providing a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card before arrival.



Included with your booking is our damage waiver coverage, which helps protect against accidental, self-reported damage during your stay when reported prior to check-out.
