Spring Training Opening Weekend
The property was located perfect for our group of 5 to enjoy making our inaugural trip to Spring Training. Plenty of space - indoor and outdoor - and geographically located to the ballpark, local grocery stores, restaurants and the airport.

Perfect for Our Tennis Tournament
We were a group of 4 playing in Surprise for a National tennis tournament. The house was perfect for our stay, with plenty of bedrooms and baths, midway between the PHX airport and the courts, close to all restaurants and stores. The house is adorable and stocked nicely! We especially enjoyed the hot tub after a tough day on the courts. We recommend this property and will return!

Pretty nice property for the price.
The house worked great for what we needed it for. Some of the pictures were slightly off from the current state of the property, and the bathrooms in particular were a bit outdated. Overall it was a good stay, but there are little differences from the pictures to the actual property.

Guys Golf Trip
Group of 4 guys down for an annual golf trip. House is perfect. 4 good bedrooms, fully stocked kitchen with good pans and tools. Hot tub is a great way to finish the day.

Golf week
This is a nice home in a quiet neighborhood. We spent the week golfing courses on the west side of Phoenix. It’s a great location for what we did. The only reason I didn’t give a five star overall rating is because of a couple of the beds. They’re overdue for an upgrade.

Thanksgiving/50th Birthday Getaway
Overall we were pleased with the property but we definitely had some issues. The main problem was the freezer went out and while management got a repair man out quickly and thought it was fixed it was not and all of our frozen goods thawed out and I had a mess to clean up. They offered to replace it but by that point our stay was nearly over. Also, there was a bunch of food in the refrigerator and freezer when we arrived. That really should have been thrown out especially due to COVID. The light in the pantry was out along with the pool light. We were told they would fix them after our stay. Well, that does us no good! The hot water was terrible and you’d have to run it quite a while before it would get hot. We were told it’s because of the solar panel on the roof. The toilet in the master bathroom ran all the time and we’d have to take the tank cover off sometimes to stop it and wiggle the handle a lot. It keep family members up at night because you could hear the water running in the bathroom next to the lower level bedroom. The lower level bedroom bed is extremely low and was difficult for our elder family members to use. We specifically rented a home with a bedroom on the lower level for them and we were shocked to see how low it was. The grass in the backyard was extremely overgrown and we had to ask for it to be cut. The pots and pans were pretty nasty and really should be upgraded along with some of the kitchen utensils. You plan and look forward to vacations and it’s very disappointing when you have to deal with all of these issues.

Dirty Pool and Crappy Property Management
The pool was dirty when we arrived and there was no way for us to clean it. The pool has an in-floor cleaning system instead of a robot vacuum that creeps around the bottom. In-floor pool cleaning systems still need to be vacuumed, especially after a storm. A hose and attachment for that should be at the house. Even if there was a vacuum hose it would not have helped. The pool filter needed new cartridges and had almost no suction. It took several calls and texts to get the pool cleaned. The pool cleaning system should have been in working order. There is no excuse for neglecting the required maintenance to that system. We had to buy a lawn sprinkler at Home Depot for the kids to play in. There is a leak under the kitchen sink. The flange the disposal attaches to is loose. There are pigeon nests under the solar panels and lots of poop and feathers on the sidewalk between the patio and the front gate. I received two butt dials from one of the property managers a little after midnight Oct 6. The VRBO listing says parties are ok but an email after we booked said parties are not allowed.

The homeowner would like to note that the issue with the pool was caused by a winter seeding service completed by their landscapers. Despite this, it's our understanding that the local guest contact promptly responded and had the pool service out to the property within two hours to address your concerns. We're confident that this was an isolated incident and won't recur for future travelers. Additionally, the owner was not able to verify your issue with the kitchen sink. While the owner wishes they could control external factors like the pigeons, that's simply out of their control. They clean up the mess from the pigeons after each guest stays. Our family enjoyed a relaxing and comfortable stay in Avondale. The house was spacious and clean with up to date amenities. The kids loved the pool and it was nice to have pool towels provided and a few pool toys. Hope to stay here again!

Great vacation house!
This house was perfect for our family. The location enabled trips to the Grand Canyon, Sloan Field, Tucson, and Tempe. We did not have to travel far for groceries and other necessities. Communication with the management was excellent! We had a great week!

Fit our needs
Fit our family of 8 nicely with the amount of space and bathrooms. Nice and quiet neighborhood with a park within walking distance for the kids to play at and shoot basketball hoops. Walmart and local grocery stores near by for shopping. The bed mattress and pillows were are of poor quality after a few days. Due to the chillier weather and the pool not being heated the kids were not able to take advantage of the pool.

Royals, sight seeing and relatives.
This location was only a 20 minute drive for us to see the Royals play at Surprise Stadium. Close to Phoenix for sight seeing and a quick trip to Tucson to visit relatives. The house worked out perfectly for us. Everyone had their own bedroom. We enjoyed sitting on the patio in the sun and having a drink. The owners had the house nicely stocked. I would recommend this property and if we come again I hope it is warmer so we can swim.

The house was comfortable for our stay in Phoenix.
First impressions were not favorable. We could have checked in at 4pm but waited until 5:15. When we arrived the cleaning person was still doing laundry and cleaning. We were able to bring things in the house. It was a good hour before she had completed the duties. Overall, the house was supplied with what we needed.

Fantastic week!
We had a wonderful time at this beautiful home in Avondale. Two rooms w a jack and Jill bathroom for a family of 4, grandma and grandpa had the master suite and a another couple had the downstairs queen bedroom. Kitchen worked great for Thanksgiving dinner. Plenty of seating and the backyard was a fun place to hang out. Pool was cold but the Montana kids still went in! We’d love to stay again sometime!

Beautiful and Relaxing Home
We loved our stay at this property. The beds were comfy, the house was nicely kept, and the host was very accommodating and responded very quickly to messages. The one disappointment we had was there was no swimming pool slide as advertised in the pictures. This was the one thing my kids were sold on this property when we were shopping around and the first thing they checked when we entered the property. Unfortunately, there was no slide. All-in-all we were very happy with our stay and wouldn't hesitate to return (even without the slide). Thank you!

Absolutely loved it! The house was perfect for our family. Had everything we needed to make our 9 day stay comfortable away from home. I would add another tv since it’s a 4 bedroom house but even though the two worked out just fine. Some cleaning rags would be nice too. Wonderful home ~ enjoyed our stay
We stayed here for a week in late June 2018. We were in town for a baseball tournament. House met all our needs and the location was perfect. 10 minutes from Camelback Ranch (Dodgers/White Sox), 15 minutes from Goodyear Complex (Reds, Indians), 25 min. from Peoria (Padres/Mariners). We needed to wash baseball uniforms daily and the equipment worked great. Laundry supplies were provided- loved that. Didn’t use pool much, but it was clean and refreshing (no slide, for those interested in that). House was decorated nicely and was clean for the most part (took our shoes off first night there and our feet were black- not sure what part of the flooring was so dirty. Wasn’t a big deal to us but hopefully they clean it 😊). Kitchen very clean, nice big fridge that we filled with food and drinks. Bathrooms very clean, plenty of towels provided. We slept well in the beds (King- master suite, 2 double bedrooms upstairs share a jack n Jill bathroom with double sinks, double bed downstairs with a hall access full bath). Only 2 TVs- living room and master. Plenty of channels, but we brought our Apple TV box and mainly just used that. WiFi worked fine. Had 2 cars with us, Prius fit fine in garage, Ford Expedition didn’t. I don’t believe the Ford would have fit even by itself- could be wrong- didn’t try it. Not a big deal to us. Neighborhood was very quiet. Close to restaurants, grocery store etc. Overall, we were very happy and will definitely stay here again when we return in the fall if it’s available!

The owners were easy to reach and speedy on every request we had. The ONLY reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is because as a family we rent a home to avoid the cost of going out to eat for every meal and there just wasn’t many baking dishes in the kitchen. A 9x13, or a cookie sheet, mixing bowls, etc would have been helpful. We also had to buy some kitchen towels and wash cloths (that we ended up taking home with us) because there was not any in the kitchen. That’s it. It’s a beautiful home, the owners were more than happy to help and super friendly. They gave us an A+ service! Pool was also well kept and super private from neighbors.

Spring Break Rental
This home was very clean and recently updated. Location was very convenient to retail and the Goodyear stadium. Three full baths with four bedrooms were very adequate to meet our needs. The kitchen had a lot to be desired in terms of being equipped to fully cook meals. Appliances were fine but lack of glassware, utensils, serving dishes, baking pans, dishtowels, etc. made it a challenge for family meals. Low water pressure, lukewarm water, and no place to put soap, shampoo in the master bath shower was irritating. This was not a luxurious rental; adequate, yes.

The house was very roomy inside and out. Needs a few things in the kitchen and alittle more shade in the yard. With that being said,out family will be back to this home again and again.
