Stay was nice, no major complaints. I booked this room out of convenience, knowing it may not be exactly what i am accustomed to, as it was in close proximity to the conference i was attending. The hotel is obviously brand new & was very clean. The staff, for the most part, was friendly (more on this later). The room was nice & the included appliances were a neat touch. The bed, however, was another story....very uncomfortable. As stated earlier, i knew this room may not be exactly what i was used to, but the mattress wasn't suitable for any price point, in my opinion. Toiletries/bath supplies (shampoo, soap, towels, washcloths) were provided in very limited qualities & one evening when i asked an associate about more towels & washcloths, she somewhat begrudgingly swapped them out & told me, "for future reference, we do this in the morning"--which i found quite unprofessional considering this is a hotel & they have no idea what their guest's schedules & obligations are.
Aside from the bed & a couple minor inconveniences, i had a nice stay. I believe the hotel hits its mark catering to blue collar workers, but if you're looking for amenities, i would suggest going up a tier.
