'We had a great time staying here, we spent 3 nights with our almost 2 years old baby and the staff were amazing and super nice and helpful. A special thanks to Quinn, she went above and beyond for us and was extremely helpful booking our tours from the hotel. Bicycles are available for free use in the entrance. I will absolutely stay here again when I visit Phong Nha '

'Betaalbaar hotel in een mooie omgeving. De kamer was prima, goede douche en goed bed. Het zwembadgebied zag er verouderd uit. Barretje bij het zwembad was wel leuk. Fijn is de goede parkeerplaats onder het hotel.'

'Super hotel! Hele goeie service en de kamer was echt heel erg schoon. Zeker een aanrader ondat het ook echt in het centrum ligt waar alle leuke barretjes en restaurants zitten. Wij zouden zeker terug komen!'

'Very friendly family run hotel. I really enjoyed my 3 nights at Paradise Hotel. Everybody I met were very friendly and helpful. The bed was very comfortable and the A/C worked well. The room was quite large for the price paid. Prices for good food and drinks were great. They booked me a tour for amazing day at the Caves which I really enjoyed. If I get back to Phong Nha, I will definitely stay at Paradise Hotel again. Thank you everybody for giving me an enjoyable experience.'

'We stayed for one night at this hotel. For the price this hotel is everything you could ask for. It is close to the main bus pickup in phong nha. The rooms and service are good. Everything seemed clean. The breakfast at the hotel is nothing to write home about, but it is to be expected at this price point. '

'best part was the information send to i as soon as i booked. you get a pdf on how to get to the lodge. we took the local bus from nga tu ga busstation in Saigon directly to the lodge. super busride, best experience. from the lodge to dalat there is yet again a local bus to dalat at 6:15. food was good, breakfast included, we booked the gibbon trek direvtly with the park. nevertheless, the lodge brought us our breakfast across the river when the trek was over.'

'The lady owner is super friendly, helpful and speaks English very well. The room was clean and comfy. Great location and price. '

'Communication with the staff was a major problem so the check in was not as smooth as one would wish for. I had a queen size bed with a double size duvet cover. My shower was either scalding hot or very cold. The breakfast that I received was extremely disappointing, my morning coffee was undrinkable. Overall totally unhappy with the accommodation . Could not recommend this to anybody . :-(('

'The room was clean and comfortable and the breakfast was very nice. It is right in the centre close to all of the restaurants and there is a convenience store nearby. The family who run it are really friendly and helpful and make it a warm and welcoming place to stay. I would definitely stay here again and thoroughly recommend booking a staying here. '
