Beach view villa was amazing. We were very happy with our stay. They brought us a surprise snack every evening which we thought was very thoughtfull! beach was amazing with a great sunset in front of our door. Beautifull pool. I saw a lot of hotels on the coastline and this one het the best beach! Would go there again.

Prima hotel geen 4sterren
Er wordt momenteel een nieuw hotel gebouwd dit is ook van Eden en grenst aan het park. Wij sliepen de eerste nacht in een kamer aan deze bouwput en waren daardoor om half 7 wakker. Daarna een nieuwe kamer gekregen en was stukken beter. Gezegd dat we het raar vinden dat die gehorige kamers worden verhuurd. Hotel was mooi maar in slechte staat. Leuk dat je scooters kunt huren bij het hotel en ligging van het hotel is goed.

フーコックには4回行ってますが、最悪の滞在でした。メンテナンスが出来ていない、池があり臭い上に蚊の発生源になっており、家族全員虫さされだらけになりました。チェックアウトの際には、はじめからなかったスプーンがないので、罰金を払えという始末。旅行されるのであれば、ここは絶対に避けたほうが良いです。

Die Anlage insgesamt ist ok. Dass diekt daneben ein nicht fertig gestelltes Bauwerk verrottet, kann der Anlage nicht angelastet werden. Der Garten wird liebevoll gepflegt, die Drinks an der Poolbar sind sehr gut, speziell die Smoothies. Das Wasser im Pool ist stark gechlort, mit offenen Augen zu tauchen führt sofort zu Augenbrennen. Das Service beim z.B. Abendessen (BBQ am Strand) ist sehr langsam: auf eine Flasche Wein und auf 4 kleine Grillspiesse über 1h (!) zu warten ist nicht ok. Der Strand ist - vergleichsweise - sauber aber dennoch mit eingem Müll verunreinigt. Das "vergleichsweise" beziht sich auf Strände ausserhalb, die sind überall katastrophal schmtig. Die Insel hat kein, gar kein Abfallkonzept. Gestört hat mich, dass bereits um 9:25 begonnen wird, das Frühstück abzuräumen, obwohl es bis 10:00 angegeben ist: so hat man ständig den Druck, mit dem Essen fertig werden zu müssen.

Good value for the money and clean beach
The hotel is a bit further down from the main area but the beach access is nice and the room are good size. The quality of furniture and bed etc is standard and same with bathroom. The pool had a bit too much chlorine and is nicer in the picture, to much clutter in front of pool towards beach.

Struttura molto bella e molto curata, la spiaggia privata molto bella e pulita , personale giovane e sempre sorridente nonostante molti non parlassero inglese. Buona la colazione sempre abbastanza varia. L’unico problema al calare del sole molte zanzare .

Everything was so good.
It was great resort to stay in Phu Quoc. I will stay the resort again when I visit Phu Quoc. Especially swimming pool was so fantastic, clean, and wide. Private beach was so good. Everything was great.

수영장이 쫌 더러웠어요ㅠㅠ 초록색 이끼가 많아서 벽에 기대면 하얀색 래쉬가드에 좀 많이 묻었어요.. 바다엔 정말 사진스팟도 많고 공항이 가까워서 편했어요 방갈로 자체가 욕실이 외부에 있는데 벌레 싫어하시는 분들은 방갈로 말고 다른 옵션 추천드려요 아침에 어두운 틈새 곳곳에 숨어있다가 샤워하려고 들어갈때 벌레여러마리가 날아도망가는데 좀 많더라구요..ㅋㅋ

酒店有點舊，彈弓床不太好睡，而且枕頭太高了。但除此之外，其他配套都很好，員工都非常友善親切，餐廳食物都很好吃，而且早餐選擇也很多。酒店還非常貼心，會在入住前主動咨詢你的航班資料，以安排機場接送服務。沙灘設施都不錯，還會有免費瑜珈班。Enjoy to stay in Eden.

대체로 만족스럽습니다
다낭, 호이안 쪽만 다녔던 입장에서는 푸꾸옥의 리조트들이 가성비가 좋다고 말하기 어렵습니다만, 대체로 만족스럽습니다. 조식, 비치는 75점... 리조트 내의 풍광은 95점입니다. 직원들은 친절합니다. 리셉션에서 환전 시 환율이 가장 좋았습니다. 근처 식당들은 별로입니다.

Just what the doctor ordered and a weekend treat to myself and break from my volunteer teaching duties in Ho Chi Minh city on the mainland. Just a 1 hour flight and you are picked up at the airport and driven less than 10mins to your hotel free of charge. This is a low rise resort situated on its own private beach with views and sunsets to die for. There’s some building extensions going on but not too much interruption to your day. Staff are friendly and please and within 10mins you can walk to various other restaurants and bars. Definitely worth it!

Unfortunately, not a good stay :/
Hotel Eden was not a good experience for us. On the positive side the breakfast was Ok, as well as the hotel is on the beach. On the bad side.. 1) We got a very nice email before arriving about the hotel picking us up at the airport, despite any delays. We were not picked up at the airport. And asking about it in the reception didn’t get us anywhere. 2) No warm welcome. After a long day traveling a warm welcome with people smiling greeting us to the hotel was non existing. The welcome was dull and it looked like the personnel was fed up with greetings guest for the day. 3) Arriving at the hotel room, it was not a deep bathtub as described, and tiny ants were crawling all around the main room and bathroom. 4) cleaning arrived before 10AM. 5) Cleaning only changed the beds. They did not take out any of the garbage or clean the bathroom. 6) saving the worst for last. At the day of arrival we went to the restaurant to get dinner before going to bed. Ordering a chicken dish, when we got the food it looked like anything else than check corn. With huge bones size of a coin, as well as no meat just fat. Asking about it didn’t help because the level of English spoken by the servants was not good enough. I’m not usually the person who write reports on the different stays, but this one was worth writing about. This might be tiny details to some, and it would be to us as well if it was just one or two things.. but as described, it wasn’t.

The property has all the necessary amenities but is a little bit dated in style compared to some of the newer properties on the beach. It's proximity to the airport and town makes it a great location.

Bra hotell med strandläge, bra frukost. Finns flertalet bra restauranger på gångavstånd från hotellet. Tar cirka 7 minuter med taxi till nattmarknaden.
