'This is not a hotel. It’s a Homestead. I was just a small room, not even a desk or a table one wooden chair. We were there for eight days. They never once changed the linen on the bed. The bathroom was one of those small bathrooms, where everything gets wet. Also had a urine smell terrible smell.'
