Prachtig, comfortabel en schoon hotel
Heel fijn hotel. Als afsluiting van onze 3 weken rondreis door Vietnam & Cambodja. Mooie ruime kamers, heel goed schoon, fijne badkamer. Ontbijt was goed en het hele resort prachtig. Heel ontspannend! Enige wat misschien minder is, is dat het wel wat uit het centrum ligt. Verder is de eigen menukaart redelijk prijzig, gewoon Europese prijzen.

Great staff. The place could do with some repairs though as there's marks all along the walls, some stains on the furniture and there was once ants crawling around the back.

This property is so beautiful. It's well maintained, the staff was amazing, and I had a really relaxing and enjoyable time. The beach is beautiful too, and there's nothing quite like waking up and being just steps away from it. Was able to rent a scooter directly from the front desk which made travel around the island very easy, and I highly recommend this resort for anyone looking to escape to paradise.

Due to early morning flight, the staffs are very nice to arrange shuttle and provide individual breakfast togo for on the flight to eat. Honestly, I don’t see this kind of service anywhere except Mercury Resort and Villa. I definitely recommended my family and friends to book future stay in Phu Quoc.

英語が苦手だったが親切にしていただき、朝7時のフライトの時には朝食ビュッフェが食べれない分テイクアウトのご飯を持たせてくれた点に感動した。 デメリットとしては、ホテルの入り口から部屋までが遠いからコンビニや周辺施設へ出るのが少し億劫な点。

Vi leide 4 roms villa,den har et ekstra singel soverom. Rommene er store med veldig stort villa vad. Ligger litt for langt fra stranda. Er avhengig av service golf bil for å komme til frokost og front desk. Tok lang tid for oss for å få bil til frokosten.

エグゼクティブヴィラに宿泊しました。 部屋は広くて、清潔でした。部屋のプールもとても快適でした。スタッフもしっかりと対応してくれました。 エアコンはよく効きますが、微調整がむつかしくて、寒かったり暑かったりを繰り返していました。部屋でお酒を飲むとき氷を頼んだのですが、有料でした。このクラスのホテルなのに無料じゃないの?と、ちょっと残念でした。

Wow!!!! I was actually surprised how amazing this place was, I stayed in the executive bungalow, which has ocean view and private pool. Really excellent management, and will 100% visit again.

This is a very nice resort away from crowds. I loved it. It's clean and well serviced. It's staff is amazing. In terms of location you need a taxi to get to the main village or restaurants but it's well worth it. The hotel restaurant is very limited in choice and pricey. However it's the restaurant or nothing since there are no business around. I would recommend it as it is a place to relax and get reconnected with yourself.

4月27日から5月3日まで滞在しました。 空港送迎は、ホテルシャトルを利用しました。事前に飛行機の便名を連絡しておけば対応してくれます。 空港からホテルまでの所要時間は数分です。 平屋のビラに泊まりました。平屋の方が海い近いです。 ビラの敷地内にはジャグジーが敷設されていました。温水は給水できませんが、気温が高いので水で十分です。 ビーチに行った後、風呂でシャワーを浴びる前に使いました。 部屋には小さな冷蔵庫があります。ミニバーはありません。 ミネラルウォーターや缶飲料を何本か冷やせます。 ミネラルウォーターや缶ビールは、ホテル内の売店で購入できます。 ビーチはプライベートビーチになっており、非常に静かに過ごせます。 不必要にうるさいビート音楽もかかっていません。 ビーチには、カヤック(無料)とビーチバレーコートがあります。 夕方に水平線を沈んでいくサンセットは最高に綺麗です。日没時間を確認して絶対に観てください。 毎日ちょっとずつ違うサンセットが観られます。 ナイトマーケット送迎のホテルシャトル(要予約)があります。往きは午前10時と午後2時の2回、 帰りは午後5時の一回です。それ以外はタクシー移動となります。 ホテル周辺にはレストランやショッピングマーケットはありません。 移動するにはタクシーが必要です。 ナイトマーケットまでが10~12万ドンくらい。 MAYレストラン、irisレストラン、Lindaレストランなどがある地域までが5~6万ドンくらい。 Hon Thom Cable Car乗り場までは、26~30万ドンくらい。 夕食は外出して、ナイトマーケットにある海鮮レストランやLindaレストランなどでとりました。 ベトナムはタクシーが安いので、気軽に乗れました。

Not a great place. Room is not worth that price (So hot to stay) and the staffs were not very helpful. No first aid kit prepared. Only good point is the breakfast. Would never recommend this place.

Your claim that staff are unhelpful is quite untrue, Mercury staff will always try and go above and beyond for the guest. Your claim about a first aid kit is also untrue, we have one at reception and one located at the pool area,and I am a qualified first aider, . Wonderful resort in a quiet spot of Phu Quoc island. The resort is close to the airport: 10 minutes by car (the pickup is free of charge). It is also close to the main city (5 minutes by taxi, that is 110k vnd). Large and comfortable rooms, with private jacuzzi outside in the garden. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The beach and the swimming pool are great. The restaurant is pretty good and the breakfast is very good, with a wide range of choices.

Clean but remote with few local services
Pros: grounds and beach very clean rooms very large, clean and comfortable air-con and wifi very good staff very attentive, professional, pleasant and helpful Cons: fairly remote location - no facilities in walking distance only one restaurant on site, which is relatively expensive and has quality and consistency issues. next to a noisy building site and no compensation offered for this disruption. occasional power cut very close to airport. occasional aircraft noise but nothing overbearing. Generally, very good core services, but lacking quality in the extras such as bar, restaurant and breakfast. The free shuttle into town is very popular.

Great place for family vacation. The villa was so beatiful and gave us much more space than normal hotel room. My daughter loved the pool there. The staffs and hotel manger were very friendly and always helpful. One negative thing was the food. We ordered Cesar salad on our last night there and felt like everything on the plate was left over food (the chicken breast has the soup flavor). But overall the place is great and we would come back again.

A nice stay with a lovely pool and private beach
Overall it was a nice stay. The reception staff are great, our room (the delux room) was lovely and the pool area is really nice. Sean, the customer relations manager was absolutely brilliant, very knowledgeable and friendly. A couple of things need improvement though. The overall cleanliness of the resort wasn’t the best, the public toilets weren’t very clean and there were dirty dishes and glasses left outside our room on top of the hedge for 2 days. We had to ask the staff to remove it even though a number of staff would have walked past it. Overall it’s an old looking complex which needs a deep clean and a refurbished. Also the breakfast variety was ok but it was often sparse when we got there (between 7-8) and we had to ask staff to bring some more items out.

ゆったり過ごせます
ホテルでただゆっくりしたいのならオススメ。エグゼクティブヴィラに泊まりましたが広くてよかったです。ただホテルで過ごすには食事がイマイチ。日本に比べたら何も高い設定はされてないのはいいのですが味が、、、ローカルに行った方がよっぽど美味しくて安い、でも周りには何もないとういのが残念でした。朝食は良かったのですがアジアンリゾートならではのジュースがフレッシュじゃなかったりベトナムなのにコーヒーがドリンクバーみたいな機械だったのも個人的に残念でした。まだまだ向上できるホテルだと思いますが、ただの私の個人的な意見なのと、ゆっくり過ごすには充分なホテルです。スパも安いし、人も少なかったのでプールは毎日ほぼ貸し切りでした。全体的に満足、リフレッシュできました。
