'I didn't get the front desk gentlemans name but he was INCREDIBLY helpful and I feel he went above and beyond to be as helpful as he could. The first floor of the hotel was a little rough, carpet patches raised and separated. We had issues with our AC but again, the evening front desk guy was wonderful at helping fix things. 'The room was windowless. The air smelled like mildew and butt. The room was also preposterously small. It was also too warm in the room and the A/C unit didn’t work well. The bathroom door is a sliding barn door that was broken and didn’t seal - So you won’t miss a moment of your partner’s bathroom breaks. But hey, atleast you could buy an eight dollar white claw from the lobby. Would not recommend.'

'The evening front desk manager was very helpful. There had been some kind of leak in the room, possibly from the huge rain the day before & the carpet was still damp. The coffee pot & TV did not work. The evening of our last night, the manager finally was able to come fix both but by then our stay was about over. Our room was by the pool & was noisy at times. There was a standard breakfast available. The location was excellent for us.'

Literally my only issue was they don't have ice machines -- instead they have you turn on the ice maker in your fridge when you first check in. I was there two nights and didn't have any ice to use.
