Luxury lakefront rental villa on Como Lake with a large garden and heated swimming pool, it can accommodate 12 (+2) people in 6-7 double bedrooms with 6-7 private en-suite bathrooms, included the bedroom for additional people, with private bathroom.
The whole property is about 2.500sqm, is located just on the shore of the lake, a few meters from the public beach. The village, with all shops, is only 600 meters away.
The large private garden has a swimming pool (7 x 4 x 1,10 meters) that is heated from the second week of May till the third week of September (and can be also heated at an extra cost during the other seasons).
There is also a private parking area.
This Villa is just a few steps from Villa Orologio, therefore could be rented together for groups up to 28 people.

All transports in town to reach: Molvedo (400 m), Bellagio (16 km), Cernobbio (40 km), Como (43 km), Milan (93 km).

A pedestrian path, running along the shore, between the lake and the property, is a very nice opportunity to enjoy the lakeshore on foot.
At 2 minutes walking distance (towards the left side) there is a very nice Marina with its cozy Lounge Bar "PortoDiciotto". At 5 minutes walking distance (towards the right side) you reach the public ferry boat stop and a pair of nice restaurants.
Because of this path, privacy outside could be a bit limited (especially in July and August), as this is not an isolated property.

TOURIST SITES: Bellagio known as the 'pearl of the lake' thanks to its position between the two arms of the lake and the medieval village of Varenna; Tremezzo with the neoclassical Villa Carlotta (a botanic garden with artistic masterpieces), the 16th century Villa Balbianello in Lenno, Menaggio, Varenna (Villa Monastero) and Como with its important historical buildings.

ACTIVITEIS: Swimming, boating, sailing, windsurfing, hiking, golfing (Golf club Menaggio), flying, horse-back riding.
The "Museo della Barca Lariana", just a few meters from the villa, features over 100 antique boats (as history of the lake from the 1800s): a Venetian gondola from the last century, and a Cisco (a typical English sailing boat) also from the last century. The museum is open Friday to Sunday (afternoon, 2pm-6pm) or only by appointment (during the other days). Our guests at the Villa can enter for free.
The museum is also a perfect venue for events, parties and weddings.

SPORT: in Menaggio (10 km away) you find the nearest golf course, tennis court and equestrian club. There is also a tennis court in Pianello Lario: 2 minutes walking from the villa. The Lake of Como (in particular the northern area) is an excellent sailing area. This is the windier area of the lake and the most unspoiled as the Breva, a temperate breeze, blows during the afternoons, guaranteeing enjoyment for sailing, windsurfing or kitesurfing. The area also offers numerous alpine destinations and several trekking and mountain bike trails.

SHOPPING: The main factory outlet shops (Armani factory shop, Fox town, Ferragamo, Versace, Etro, Gucci, Lario) are within 10-30 minutes from Como.

===== ACCOMMODATION DESCRIPTION =====
The building consists of around 750 sqm and is divided in two floors and a basement with a laundry room and technical compartment.
It has been recently finished and refurbished (in 2019) with precious finishes: all soundproofed windows (very peaceful), pavements of antique cotto tiles, and chestnut wood (aged for 20 years before being placed).
The price refers to 12 sleeps, for the possible 13th or 14th sleep (in the 7th room) there is a supplement of € 500 per person per week.

Ground floor
A large and sunny living room with comfortable sofas, Satellite TV, DVD, WIFI and CD player. Another sitting room with Lake view and a small fitness area.
A large dining room with a wooden table for up to 16 people, and a modern and fully equipped kitchen: 2 ovens, 1 blast chiller, 2 dishwashers, large fridge with freezer and wide kitchen island. Also, a storage closet.
The Silver double bedroom (14 sqm), with its en-suite bathroom (8sqm), is accessible by people with motor disabilities, no AC but a ceiling-mounted fan.
There’s also a small double bedroom (9 sqm) for 2 extra pax (french size bed, not divisible), with a dedicated bathroom (6,50 sqm), no AC.

Basement
On the back of the villa, descending 16 steps, you find the laundry room (20 sqm), equipped with a washing machine, dryer, large sink, iron and iron board, and a drying rack.

First floor
Sitting room with terrace and 5 double bedrooms with air conditioning (beds can be prepared as double or twin), each with private en-suite bathroom:
- Yellow Bedroom (15 sqm) with garden view has a bathroom with large shower and single basin,
- Orange Bedroom (23 sqm) has access to its own private terrace with a partial lake view and a bathroom with large shower and double basins,
- Green Bedroom (22 sqm) benefits from a double exposure with a great lake view and a bathroom with tub,
- Pink Bedroom (18 sqm) benefits from a double exposure and a great lake view; the bathroom, with large shower and single basin, has access to a small terrace shared with the small sitting room,
- Lilac Master Bedroom (20 sqm) has access to its own large terrace with a magnificent lake view; bathroom with large shower and double basins.

OUR OPINION: The Villa has a very precious and spacious interior and a great view of the lake. It is the ideal holiday home for large parties.
