'Apart from the reception staff and the cleaners, the service was very disappointing. Many employees seemed unfriendly and uninterested, especially at the bar and during breakfast. If you don’t speak Italian, it is also difficult to get assistance in English. I felt unwelcome and even discriminated against during breakfast. Overall, the hotel seems mainly geared towards seniors, and I would not recommend it to young people or those travelling with friends.'

'First of all, the location is amazing. Hard to beat. Right by the lake with lake views, a quick walk to the city center and for a swim. Second, the place was very clean, so I didn’t have to worry where to put my stuff. The rooms were recently renovated I believe, so those looked new and modern. "Outstanding views and wonderful staff!We had a great stay at this hotel. The view from the property was outstanding and absolutely perfect! The staff members were incredibly helpful, nice, and welcoming throughout our visit. Driving to the hotel involves a winding road with several curves, but it is actually very easy to drive. The only downside was the breakfast, which could have a bit more variety. Overall, a lovely experience and highly recommended!"
