'Friendly staff, clean room, comfy bed at a more reasonable price point than most in area. Standard but decent breakfast included. Would love to see coffee maker in room, and conditioner in shower - shampoo only. Appears new in listing photos but is actually a renovated comfort inn/motel. Main floor rooms all drive-up with sliding doors. 2nd floor seems more secure. Easy access to Go Station for visits into T.O. without the price tag. Will stay again.'

'When check in the room the sink was choked complained to staff they promised to address on return in the evening issue still not addressed sink was overflowing. Promised to change the room returned late night room was never changed. In middle of night changed to room myself no help. After few hours the power was cut, no AC, no light, no elevators, no room phone service. Power was never restored till I left around 11.00. I had to bring my luggage from satires three flight down, no help. They...

'Neither of the two front desk staff we interacted with were very friendly. The bathroom near the lobby had just been mopped and there was no wet floor sign, leading me to go flying when I walked in. The room itself was nice, but the ac spent all night turning off and loudly back on.'

'I booked this hotel with breakfast for out of town grieving guests with breakfast included hoping to make their stay easier. They were told at checkin that it was not included. Subsequently after some stress at a time we didn’t need it, plus conversations the staff realized their error but by then it was already upsetting for me and my guests. Just one more thing we didn’t need for a $300+ hotel night in Oshawa. Do better with the next folks.'

'Because of the FIFA at the time, this was the only place available at the time was a ok rate. I was in business and really wanted a 1 night stay. I would not recommend for multiple nights and only if you are in a really bad spot.'

'Not the place you want to take your kids, or spouse or anyone for that matter. Pulled in, and multiple ppl standing outside all the motel rooms, with shopping carts, dirty everywhere, a pile of old disgusting mattresses, and plenty of questionable looking people. I did not feel safe to get out of the vehicle. I returned to the front office and said I would not be staying, he said I would get a refund which they then rejected the next day and would not give my money back. Lesson learned, read the...

'It is close to the highway, the room was comfortable with a mini fridge, microwave, and flat screen tv with streaming. The shower was a good size with good sized parking spaces. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Will come back again.'

'Our room was spacious and bright with excellent blackout curtains for night. Bed comfortable with bed linens and comforters that are fully washable (no worries who or what was previously on the bedspread 😉.) Room well maintained. Breakfast is good for a complementary breakfast — included hot options and the coffee was actually good. Lots of parking and greenery around the building. Staff welcoming and every staff member greeted and smiled when passing them is the hallway. Rooms quiet despite...
