'Very good proximity to Picton Main, many great eateries within walking distance.Kitchen is well stocked with all necessities although only a bodum press is provided, we prefer a coffee maker or better yet, a nespresso machine.The bedrooms & only bathroom upstairs are small but nice. Low ceilings over stairs makes this property somewhat challenging for seniors, anyone that has difficulty walking and small kids.There’s no real usable outdoor space.'

'Our stay in Picton was very nice and convenient. Although it is a somewhat long walk to get downtown, there are sidewalks the whole way which made it easy. The house did have a few maintenance things going on, like a leaky toilet and some ongoing roof repair, but nothing disrupted our trip at all. Overall, we had a great stay! Would stay at this property again.'

'Excellent location within walking distance of pretty much everything you need. Short drive to Sandbanks which was great and the house was perfect for us. Just a family of four and it didn't dissappoint. Great communication with the owners, we will definitely consider Hotel Karydia again for next year. '

'The house was comfortable and very accommodating. We had a birthday dinner and celebration and there was room for all our friends and family. We also loved the yard and our dog enjoyed it . The location is amazing. We all slept very well in the comfy beds, the sky was full of stars at night and it was really quiet! Our second night we watched the lunar eclipse to the south and the Aurora Borealis to the south.'

'The house is great for two or three couples. It is on a very quiet street near the water but You can easily walk into town. The place was a little cold when we got there but we contacted Ashley and she turned the AC off as requested. She responded very quickly. Thanks for a great stay.'
