Downtown Picton 2 Bedroom Boho Suite! (15 Minutes to Sandbanks)

  • We invite you to stay in our beautiful two-bedroom suite located in the heart of Prince Edward County. A one-minute walk to Main Street in Picton and a 15-minute drive to Sandbanks Provincial Park. This space has a fully stocked kitchen, bathroom, dining room, living room and laundry.

    Enjoy a walk to the Picton Harbour, go for a picnic at the gorgeous Macaulay Heritage Park, or dinner at one of the nearby restaurants in Picton. The home hosts two separate suites and is perfect for a couple or small family.

    The kitchen is fully stocked with coffee, tea, spices. We love to cook and have included ceramic dishes handmade in Portugal from Fable and knives from Kilne. Please feel free to use them all, they are provided for your enjoyment. The living room hosts a flat-screen TV with Netflix. The two bedrooms have luxurious Helix Sleep mattresses and Brooklinen bedding.

    Guests are encouraged to understand house rules.

Very welcoming host, and beautiful place to stay at in the centre of picton, stocked up with everything you could possibly need. restaurants, shops etc. are all a few mins walk away so it’s very convenient, would definitely visit again! Thank you Scott!

Exactly as pictured. Great location for Picton- comfortable, clean- everything you need except outdoor space isn’t great- and as in other comments - watch your head.. Host very responsive.

The house was a perfect size for the two of us. The main floor with the open concept made the unit spacious and inviting. Primary bedroom made us very comfortable and we slept very well on the mattress. We used the second bedroom as our walk-in closet for our clothes and suitcase. Kitchen supplies met our expectations and we were not missing anything. We enjoyed our stay and was able to enjoy the amenities, dining and shopping in Picton. Our host, Scott, kept in touch to ensure we had everything we needed.

It was fine for 2 women. Both beds were comfortable. The smaller bedroom might be a challenge for a tall man. Clean. Close to main area.

The home had everything you would need for an enjoyable getaway. Great location with an easy 5-minute walk to main street and restaurants. Newly updated, decorated very tastefully with comfortable beds.

Charmant appartement au coeur de Picton

TRÈS CHARMANT appartement situé à proximité (à pied) des principaux attraits de Picton. TRÈS GRAND SOIN apporté au confort et à l'accueil (café, épices, grignotines, bbq, wifi, netflix et cie, passe saisonnière pour les parcs provinciaux) en plus de la disponibilité du propriétaire ! Merci Scott !

Our visit at The Charlotte was amazing! We had great communication with Scott up to and including our stay, and we were so impressed with the many thoughtful details at the property. From the decorations and style of the space to the touches in the design and furniture, it had absolutely everything we needed. We are already planning our next visit.
