'The pictures in the listing were exactly what we found when we arrived! Clean and tidy. Ready for guests. The cottage shares a cute quiet street with other cottages and it does share a hot tub, BBQ and hose with the cottage next door but this doesnt make any difference. We actually made new friends and thought how nice this could be for a alarger group to be able to rent 2 cottages right next to eachother. Each cottage has thier own fire pit and 2 (maybe more?) parking spots. Trash bin is...

'This place was cozy and fun to stay at with the beach real close and good access to it. Everything worked properly the AC was perfect and more than what we needed to have a little fun fishing and going to the beach.'

'Check In was extremely easy. We enjoyed the water especially the kayaks. The weather was amazing and we got to see the sun and moon rise. The property owner is very responsive and has many available items in the house to use. The only thing i would say is the water way is an easement and not so much a beach per say but it was still nice. '

'The recent remodel is amazing, Its a small house but the interior is very spacious and Clean. Plenty of room for my big truck and boat in the driveway. The Hosts were more than accomadating. I have stayed in many rental homes, usually 3-4 a year traveling for Bass Tournaments. This was one of the nicest, well stocked houses I have been in. Definetly makes my top 5. I highly recommend this rental.'
