'The sink in our room, water prerssure was very slow. The cold & Hot water Faucet had hardly any water coming out of the spout and it was coming out very slow. The Shower worked just fine.'

'I had to travel to The Mayo Clinic in Rochester, MN, for a week.and was given the name of the hotel as one choice close to the clinics I had to visit by the concierge service. It is connected via indoor skyway to the main outpatient Mayo campus, including the Gonda building.
The parking was very easy with direct acess to the hotel at the skyway level in the parking garage.
The hotel is modern, central to downtown, and has a fantastic, upscale onsite restaurant called Crave.

'Overall the hotel staff and amenities are fine, especially for Rochester, MN, but make it be known the pool is open until 11PM and those staying here for the Mayo Clinic will not get rest if your room faces the pool area. Those rooms should be free if kids are in there screaming until close. '

'The hotel itself had all the amenities. The room tv stand that had the microwave and fridge the doors did not close properly. It was difficult to get to the fridge as the tv stand door kept closing in on it. The closet door had stains on it as well and the light pole had not been wiped down. The staff was wonderful and parking was easy!'
