'We absolutely loved our stay at the Tiny House and the hospitality was A++++'

'Incredibly friendly and helpful staff! Clean rooms and comfortable bed!'

'The room was clean with convenient parking. Other guests smoked outside and talked loudly on the phone right outside the door on several occasions which wasn't great.'

'Everything was fine except they misplaced my electric toothbrush and expensive toothpaste. Not sure what happened there.'

'Goed '

'Hotel in major renovation when we stayed so parking lot partially blocked by lots materials, but did not get bothered by anything otherwise. Hotel facility was little outdated but nice breakfast selection and staff was nice'

'Disappointed that no breakfast of anything. Took a long time to check in'

'Terrible water pressure made it difficult to take a shower. The bathroom felt dirty. The pool water was so filthy you couldn't see the bottom. The staff was helpful, but overall, not a pleasant experience.'

'The continuing issue that was present also under the prior ownership is that certain of the staff the handles the front desk is seriously under trained.'

'We enjoyed our stay and would stay again'

'Easy check-in. Clean room. Quiet environment.'

'The hotel is close to anything you may be planning to do in Ann Arbor. Easy access to the highway and to campus or The Big House, and convenient to shopping and restaurants. The hotel has been completely renovated and the effort to keep it looking fresh and clean is apparent. The rooms are large, and having a fridge and microwave is extremely helpful. The 24 hour coffee and tea service is a plus along with generous hours for breakfast service in the morning. The staff was very helpful, friendly,...

'We were visiting family in Wixom and decuded to bring our dog all the way from Holland, MI. Daniel was a great host, we had a small issue with entering the home and Daniel was quick to respond and help us get in quickly. The home was cute, clean and in a lovely hidden area. Location is excellent as it is on a secluded road but also close to stores, restaurants and many other shops. Would definitely stay here again! 10/10'
