'Everything was great except they were supposed to send up someone to fix the 2ndary door lock but no one showed up. Room 308 inside lock needs fixing!'

'This property was horrible had to wait over 3 hrs to check in because they said no rooms were available or cleaned then found they had a bunch of vacant rooms they didn’t know about Halfway through my stay they checked me out 2 days before my reservation was up so I had to register and then they tried charging me for incidentals again after already charging me $80 when I 1st checked absolutely horrible service '

'We booked this hotel after a shopping day in the Sawgrass Mill Mall. It's just a few minutes drive away, so the location was really ideal. The hotel is a bit older, but clean. Room was spacious and had all necessary comfort. Unfortunately, there was a lot noice in the hallway in the evening. The breakfast was basic, but ok.'

The staff were cordial and polite The rooms were very clean, comfortable with excellent air conditioning. The pool area was well maintained and enjoyed. There is a bar and grill next door so that is fortunate because of the location there are no other food venues for alternate choices. There is a small onsite store that serves hot food for breakfast and lunch. I would stay there again for future...
