'Overall stay was pleasant. Front desk ladies so welcoming and helpful. Breakfast was ok….waffles that my children always look forward to was “not working” for our entire stay and the variety of fruit was “hit or miss”. Attention to these little things makes would make the stay perfect '

'Unfortunately people can smoke almost everywhere in the hotel so it’s not pleasant for non smokers. The staff at the bar and grill at the pool were very rude and difficult. The rooms were very big and beautiful but our sheets were ripped upon arrival, we called to have them replace the sheets and they would send somebody but nobody came. We also asked to change the sheets the next day when the roomservice came by, they just made the bed with the same sheets again.'

'We booked this hotel after a shopping day in the Sawgrass Mill Mall. It's just a few minutes drive away, so the location was really ideal. The hotel is a bit older, but clean. Room was spacious and had all necessary comfort. Unfortunately, there was a lot noice in the hallway in the evening. The breakfast was basic, but ok.'
