'No one cleaned room. There was a dripping sound coming from the bathroom ceiling a good part of stay. Needed to close bathroom door not to hear it. Reported it to staff. No safe in room. 5 hangers in closet. Had to request more. Shower floor slippery. Breakfast was very nice. '

'The property itself was new so it was shocking to endure the hvac sounds and inaccurate heating and cooling. The unit was loud and incessant and the temperature was inconsistent. The fridge made clacking sounds at random moments throughout our stay. It was difficult to sleep when we were unable to get the temp down below 73 at bedtime only to wake to 68 degree temps in the morning. It had a mind of it's own.
