'No locks on any doors, as far as I could tell. When I booked, the listing said that I would not have to share with travellers outside my own party and yet I ended up having to share with an absolute stranger. Additionally, the listing said that WiFi would be provided, but after checking in the person renting the apartment told me I would have to use the public city WiFi. '

'Excellent apartment with kitchen, air-con, good bathroom, excellent Wi-Fi, clean, modern, etc. Brilliant location – a short walk from Porta Nuova train station, and next to the historic centre of Turin. Very quiet and restful. The welcome was cheerful, informative and smooth. Our only 'negative' was the bed which, as with all fold-out sofa beds, was too soft/saggy for us... we prefer a firm bed, but not everyone is like us. Nevertheless, we'd happily stay here again,'

L'assistenza risponde fino 21:00, dopo quell'ora bisogna arrangiarsi. Abbiamo ricevuto risposta solo al mattino seguente ma è stata praticamente inutile perchè il problema non è stato risolto nè è stata trovata unasistemazione alternativa. 'Nous étions en famille avec nos enfants, les conjoints de nos enfant et nos 4 petits enfants. Franchement tout a été parfait, les espaces de vie et les chambres étaient parfaitement adaptés à notre famille et notre mode de fonctionnement. En conclusion, nous avons passé de superbe vacances dans un lieu adapté à chacun de nous.Les propriétaires ont parfaitement répondu à nos demandes. 'Heel leuk en ruim verblijf met heel gastvriendelijke en behulpzame eigenaars. Heel proper en ook heel volledig uitgerust. Evenwel een paar kleine opmerkingen : slaapkamers in de toekomst eventueel voorzien van een airco unit voor de warme zomers en/of ramen voorzien van vliegenhorren. Voor het overige heel mooi verblijf. Aan te bevelen.'

'Metro-Station und Einkaufs-Mall in weniger als 5 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Mit der Metro in 15 Minuten im Zentrum. Das Automobilmuseum ebenfalls zu Fuß locker zu erreichen. Das Apartment ist komplett eingerichtet und lässt kaum Wünsche offen. Wir waren als Familie mit zwei Kindern dort. Der Eigentümer ist sehr freundlich, erklärt alles genau und ist bei Bedarf problemlos zu erreichen '
