'Room I reserved was not on record, and none was available. Bathroom/shower so small , lucky to walk in , forget about wheelchair or walker. Bed so high , had to use step stool to get wife in bed. Never use you again.'

'There was no staff at this hotel. It was run by a property management company that let you in remotely. You had to call a number and send texts to reach anyone. And it appears part of the hotel is rented out as long-term rentals. The room had been remodeled, the fixtures were new, but the cleanliness was lacking severely.'

'The door had a huge crack on it, there was dead insect on the bed, the check-in guy wasn't too friendly, didn't tell me welcome to Quality inn, or let me know information on what the hotel breakfast. Breakfast was nothing but bagels with jam that was old. They didn't have any hot breakfast, just muffins, bagels. They kept charging my card w/o my approval. Charged me 20 for 2 extra people - even though the room can have guest up to 4 to 5. Unfriendly service. '
