Hotels met roomservice in Piney Woods

'Basic room with the bare minimum stuff. No breakfast was par for the course on this stay.'

'Great'

'They clearly tried their best to renovate. I had a very pleasant first impression. Easy parking, warm welcome, clean room. Until I settled and wanted to start the tv. That’s when I went for the remote and saw the first roaches. Killed them. Both smaller and bigger ones. Searched the room and bathroom. Didn’t find any other. Went back to the wall mounted tv, saw roaches crawling again. After a better look they probably had a place behind the plywood that was placed against the wall to mount the...

'Enjoyed my stay'

'This was by far the best I have stayed at. The staff was amazing. My kids loved their breakfast. I will definitely use this hotel again if I stay in Nacogdoches.'

'Clean room and great staff'

'I’ve been to about ~20 hotels in my life in various states and this was one of the biggest & nicest rooms I’ve ever stayed in for the price. The only thing I would recommend is adding bacon for breakfast but this hotel was so beyond my expectations that I can’t give this location less than 5 stars over a breakfast preference. I definitely recommend this hotel if you’re passing through.'

'Overall good. A little dated but kept up for the most part. My bathroom sink faucet was leaking when I got there with water on the counter dripping but we just put a towel around to catch it until maintenance could get to it maybe the next day. Comfortable rooms & beds. Breakfast was very good.'

'For reasons unknown, the staff had me park on the north side of the motel but gave me a room on far south side. It was a hike back and forth, but I guess it helped get my step count in. Upon entry, the TV control would turn the TV on and off but that is all it would do; the staff got me another one. The big bummer was that the water in the bath was never more than lukewarm either in the evening or the following morning. Everything else in the room was OK.'

'The staff was very helpful and the breakfast was nice. Also'

'There was a rip in the bed sheet. The toilet seat was cracked. Pillows felt like they were filled with packing peanuts. Also 3 remotes for the television but no instructions on how to operate. It took quite awhile to figure it all out. Would've been nice to get some printed instructions.'

'Muy limpio muy buena atención'

'Great stay will stay here again'

'No hot water the first night. Mini fridge was not cold. No plugs in drains in bathtub or sink. No pool or breakfast area. No coffee pot in room nor in the building. Some sort of air freshener that deployed through the AC system, although it was a pleasant smell it was so strong your eyes would water. What’s will let us go back is the extremely polite, respectful, and helpful staff. You could not ask for a better manager on site!'

'Clean, comfortable, value'
