'Helen and Fenny were excellent hosts! Great and beautiful authentic hotel. Thank you '

'Beautifully designed, charming hotel in the middle of ancient town. Staff were very polite & helpful. Special thanks to Leo & Nancy who made our stay very comfortable. Also the dynamic Manager Crystal who supported with all the necessary arrangements. Would certainly recommend this hotel to anyone who wishes to explore the area.'

'This is a very nice pace to stay, the location is fantastic. Very friendly staff, always trying to help you. Price-qualitybis excellent. Next time again. '

'The hotel is in an unbeatable location. The room was very nice, although the air conditioning unit’s mounting bracket could use some fixing. The bathroom was fine. The highlights were the wonderful woman who runs the place and the hotel’s charming, traditional style, which has been very well maintained. The street it’s on is fantastic, and this town was my favourite of the 15 places I visited during my trip to China.'

'The area was generally very dirty. The entrance to the hotel was being used as a shop for Chinese girls to get dressed up and having makeup. Hence it was as you were entering a small fitting room. The staff could hardly understand a word of english, while we had to ask for very standard supplys such as toilet roles to be provided to the room.'
