'The staff were friendly and helpful. Overall the building was worn and dirty. The main stairs were dirty. Upon entering the room it smelled like a locker room. Lights did not work and there was mildew on the bathroom ceiling. The beds were clean and comfortable! The breakfast was expected although the family in the dining room in bare feet was definitely odd.'

'When I arrived, the man at the desk told me he couldn’t honor my reservation because “a pipe broke” and he had no other room. I had to go to another town and try to find a room at a different motel late in the day. He told me if I contacted Expedia and told them what happened he would return my money through them.
