'Don’t stay here very dirty and it stinks'

'The waterpark (slides, pool, kiddie pool) area was wonderful! Very family friendly. Staff was kind. We loved the pier as well. Had a flatbread from the restaurant that was great. The only thing we noticed was the walls were thin. We could easily hear our neighbors who were not loud people. Definitely a disappointment considering how expensive it is to stay here. But overall we loved it.'

'Pro's: direct on the beach, room is big enough, clean. There's a fridge, a microwave and a coffeemaker with coffee. Not the season for a pool, but it looked nice. Cons: for the cold nights the blankets didn't do it. Putting on the heating unit made so much noise that you couldn't sleep through it. The wall/door to the adjacent room made it that you could literally follow the conversation there. '

'cockroachs and if you call to add a pack n play to your reservation. they still give them out first come first serve. we had to go buy one.'

'Let me start by saying any vacation I'm able to take. I'm very grateful for however. The pictures that were on their website compared to inperson We're very off unless that was pictures for a different location. And it could have well been, however. The room seemed to be, you know, very run down like it's time for an update the pool was closed earlier than the time stated. You can only get one parking pass per room. Not the worst experience so far, yet very over priced.'

'No place for smokers to sit and smoke. Parking garage was where we were told to go, no where provided to sit and no butt cans available. We are not6 3rd rate citizens and have rights too.'

'My husband and I stayed at this hotel and we both really Enjoyed it. The room was very clean almost crisp feeling. We had a room by an elevator and thought it might be loud, but it wasn't at all. We even got back to our room later that night and needed a snack and they had a fresh sandwhich available for me and an ice cream for my husband at the front desk area. The lights in the room were set nice and not blinding like some hotels use these days and the beds and pillows were very comfortable....

'The staff were amazing hands-down. The staff was just amazing. The beds were comfortable. They were clean the closet that had the refrigerator in the coffee pot smelled like something had died in there. It was horrible. You had to hold your breath to even open it to put anything in the fridge. It was horrible. Other than that everything else was OK I would not go back though.'
