'They do not have microwaves in every single room. They have one microwave per floor and the cleaning stuff will tell you to call the front desk to request for a microwave. We called the front desk and they explicitly told us customers have the right to request for microwaves and they have the right to deny it. We went back-and-forth with management and they refused to give us a microwave. My wife is currently nursing and having an in room microwave would be very useful for us however management...

'Husband wanted to stay here, NEVER AGAIN! I believe room wasn’t cleaned, NO hand towels and bath towels in the room. Something was spilled under the wall by the hanging mirror. When we went to close the blinds for the night, a man’s tank top came falling off between the blinds. Post said they serve hot breakfast, NOPE .. muffins and coffee is all they had. Parking lot was full of trash. Couldn’t find a cart to carry in our luggage or carry it out when we checked out.'

'This establishment was by far one of the nicest places I have ever stayed... It felt more like renting a house than being at a hotel... Mostly because we were the only people there due to bad weather. The property is very remote, with a 15 to 30 minute drive to go to Walmart or dinner. (A lot of places close at 9:00 p.m., so get there early.) The property was very quiet in the morning, which allowed for spending time outside and enjoying nature... Especially from the enclosed deck. 'Hotel heeft update/opknapbeurt nodig. Airco openbare ruimte op diverse verdiepingen werkt niet. Daar wordt niets over vermeld bij boeken/verteld bij inchecken. En dat bij 98 F. Ontbijt ruimte is groezelig en vuilnisbakken puilen uit. Geen reclame voor Best Western. Eigenlijk laat Best maar weg.'

'Have to climb 3 fli g it's of stairs with luggage. No elevator. Cant hook Playstation or any console up to the TV. Breakfast only hot thing is pancakes. Was a good stay over all though. Schlitterbahn & moody gardens are basically on same street next to the hotel.'

'This Place Was Not Very Clean But It Was Convenient For The Price and Location'

'We thought this place was great for the price! The beds were very comfortable, the AC worked great and our room was very clean. The staff was also very friendly and helpful. We loved that we could walk across the street to the beach and that we were at the quieter end of the city where the traffic and beach is less busy.'

'We arrived at 12pm and asked if we could leave our vehicle while my family and I went to the beach, the guy said he would call when the room was ready but he never did. We were at the beach until 4:30 and wanted to check in but the guy left and said he won’t be back till 5pm. A lot of other upset guest wanting to check in and couldn’t. We were tired and needed to shower. The blow dryer in the room didn’t work and I kept smelling electrical burn.'

'Absolutely STUNNING home surrounded by equally stunning homes. Easily walkable to a lot of local places. Owner was very accommodating and helped us with the easiest check in process I've ever experienced. Phenomenal place!'

Eso sin contar el espacio tan reducido que tenía el cuarto . El piso sucio por todos lados , la pared , el frío . En fin no 👎 la piscina muy buena pero deberían mejorar mucho la higiene del lugar porque no da gusto quedarse ni siquiera 1 h'

'As soon as me and my family arrived the front desk lady was not very nice she seemed like she was in a hurry to leave and our room that we got it was just not what we expected there was alot of hair in the bed restroom floor and your not going to believe it but there was also lots of hairs in the small fridges. Im just a little disappointed because you would expect a decent clean room for something expensive that it costed me. Im sorry but I dont recommend this hotel.'

'Clearly a recent building or very well renovated given the paint smell when entering the room (wich was noticeable but gone very quickly when turning on the airconditioning). Very light and modern setting with friendly and helpful staff. Not directly to the beach so you’re located at a more quiet place. Yet the beach is less then a 5 minute walk where there’s a plethora of dining options to choose from along the coastline. Divided with cute little beach shops in between. Would stay again and...
