'Elevator dirty, sparse breakfast, no face cloths, called ahead to confirm cruise-port shuttle which was NOT available upon arrival. Staff on hand was polite and as helpful as they could be. '

'I had book 2 rooms for the family. You would think they would put the 2 rooms beside each other. I had to argue with the clerk and still got rooms apart. The hotel smelled so bad that my grandchildren didn't want to stay there. Asked for extra towels and told there was none and I had to wait until they where dry. Next morning had to go ask for towels again. It was an inconvenience to the clerk to get the towels. Guess for the price I paid was the service I got. Will never stay again at this...

'Hotel heeft update/opknapbeurt nodig. Airco openbare ruimte op diverse verdiepingen werkt niet. Daar wordt niets over vermeld bij boeken/verteld bij inchecken. En dat bij 98 F. Ontbijt ruimte is groezelig en vuilnisbakken puilen uit. Geen reclame voor Best Western. Eigenlijk laat Best maar weg.'

'The staff were professional and friendly. The interior and exterior walls were freshly painted and all was clean. We were advised prior to check in that the cable service was temporarily out due to renovation, but the internet was working, and I was able to stream seamlessly on my devices. I would stay there again if I was in the area.'

'If it wasn't for the ocean view I would have asked for a refund. The room was very dirty, toilet, bathroom and floors. Beds and towels were clean. Staff was nice. For 100$ I was very disappointed to have to clean it up! They need better housekeeping!'

'Stayed at the beach house to be close to the water and the RV park friends were at. Very clean, comfortable house with walking trails to the water. Nice outside area with picnic table and swing under the house. Great location. Safe area.'

'Accommodation is more geared to younger visitors who wants a place to sleep & shower! Directly across from the ocean was nice! The king bed was comfortable! Room can use as update (flooring in bathroom area needed repair). Location is in close enough proximity to restaurants where one can easily walk; further away you’ll need to drive. Again, for the younger generation, the room would suffice. For older guests a makeover would be more pleasing. Oh, and no cable...'

'I was in the shuttle bus from the airport and the driver informed me the hotel was closed due to renovations. So I called Wyndham and they said my reservation was cancelled. It would have been nice if the had notified me of this. The lady I talked to was able to get me a room a laquinta. I won’t stay at a days inn from now on. Only laquinta or holiday express. '
