'Hotel ligt in het buitengebied van Blagoevgrad. In de omgeving is niet veel te doen. Ligging is vooral goed om de rila meren en het klooster te bezoeken. Beide ca. een uur rijden. Hotel is wat verouderd maar wel schoon. Mooi zwembad bestaande uit verschillende baden (warm, koud, mineraalwater). Ontbijt is prima. 1x werd was er een buffet en de overige 2x een bereid ontbijt. 'We paid for a room with all inclusive. The food was very delicious and diverse. The spa centre was clean, not overly crowded and spacious. The spa aria is on two floors , there are several steam baths and saunas. We like the outside pool and jacuzzi because of the hot water and the atmosphere. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The only disadvantage is that after dinner there isn’t entertainment for the guests ,like a play room, especially when you’re in Bansko out of the season. One...

'We (three adults) stayed in a two-storey mezzanine room and it was the perfect accommodation for our ski holiday. There was plenty of space both upstairs and downstairs with a sofa that pulled into a sofa bed, bathroom, a separate toilet and wardrobes downstairs and upstairs too. We had a balcony with amazing views of the mountains. The decor of the room and whole hotel is lovely, very cozy and feels very ski-esk. Breakfast was included too which includes cold and hot food. 'This was not my first choice for a hotel in Bansko, but I'm so glad that I chose this. It had everything. You can see mountains everywhere, it has plenty of space where to park, staff are friendly, service is amazing, food was good, fair price. All in all, pretty good experience. '
