This hotel is in a great location, close enough to the touristy spots but out the way of the nightlife so you can get a peaceful night sleep. Also a good distance from the train station if you want to explore other places. There is some work being done to the paving which means the road is blocked outside the hotel (as of April 2024) but taxis can get close enough on other roads. Many restaurants around the hotel too. We arrived outside of reception opening hours but they operate a great system where you can collect your room cards from a locker. The room itself was more like apartment it was that big! Comfy bed, lots of space and cleaned daily. The bathroom was very spacious too. The only negative thing I can say was that there is only 1 mirror in the whole appartment which was a bit annoying when trying to get ready whilst my partner was in the shower. All the staff were super friendly, including at the cafe where breakfast is included. Breakfast was eggs & bacon or yoghurt & granola plus a choice of croissants, hot drink and juice, all served to you (not self serve). There were some umbrellas available to use near reception.

Really would recommend this lovely place, perfect accommodation so close to everything you need including the leaning tower. We spent the last night of a five day trip here and weren’t disappointed. Lovely stay
Our room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The front desk staff was warm, welcoming and very attentive. It was in a great location, close to the tower and nice restaurants. We had a car and driving through Pisa was a little tricky. The only disappointing thing was the breakfast. It was very slow and not many choices. Prefer having a buffet. coffee in the room was a nice touch as well as the complimentary water in the mini fridge.

A Great Hotel in a Great Location
We really enjoyed everything about our stay at Palazzo Feroci. The communication before we arrived was superb, making sure we knew how to access our room and the property out of hours. The location is fantastic and the staff could not have been more helpful with printing items for us and looking after us throughout our stay. Final huge thanks to all of the staff who recued our passports that we left behind in the room safe and kept them safe until we returned. We would definitely return!

The hotel was lovely, clean, bed were comfortable and air con was regulated so you don’t have to touch it and made no noise, very little but I slept like a log. And they use lots of environmental friendly bathroom products. Love it there. Also it was 5 minutes walk from leaning tower of Pisa

We enjoyed our stay at the panoramic suite with small garden patio. The room was very spacious and the property was lovely with a wonderful cafe attached for morning pastries and coffee. We appreciated the toiletries. It was a little loud one night with a concert nearby but luckily our bedroom was on the other side. The location is very convenient to the leaning tower and lots of restaurants.

Great property but we had a room with a herd of elephants above- in reality two very young children. You could literally hear every footstep every shout. Great building, shame about the sound proofing, overall good service. Breakfast provided by the cafe on site - options a little limited and service was not met with a smile. Owners were lovely and very helpful.

Absolutely wonderful! The service is beyond expectations! We stayed at the family room, and it was exceptionally clean and the view was beautiful. This is one of the best hotels (mind you it has a beautiful history) that we have ever stayed in Pisa. Will definitely come back! I highly recommend it!!!

Absolutely superb, beautiful boutique hotel in the middle of the heart of Pisa. An unexpected surprise at the end of our trip, it ended up being the best hotel of all in which we stayed. Outstanding, helpful staff (Maria), gorgeous, large room with all amenities, walkable to everything important in Pisa. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

The hotel is beautiful. The room smell super nice. The decor is simple but very elegant. Beds are comfortable. The staff is very helpful. The hotel is walking distance to everything. We would definitely come back.

We had an incredible one-night stay at Palazzo Feroci! The staff was incredibly welcoming upon our arrival with great recommendations, helped us make a reservation for dinner, showed us how the temperature in the room worked, and pointed out the complementary wine and lovely shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. The rooms were so stylish and comfortable for a family of four, and the breakfast in the morning was convenient and delicious. Special shout out to our server who helped us to call a taxi to make it to the airport in time -- above and beyond! We'd absolutely stay here again -- if not for the convenient location to shopping, food, and the Leaning Tower, for the amazingly fragrant lilies in the front reception area! Thanks for a wonderful stay!
